Das Penthouse liegt in Barcelona im Stadtbezirk Ciutat Vella. Das Apartment in Strandnähe verfügt über eine große Terrasse, die eine schöne Aussicht gewährt. Die Wohnung umfasst neben der 20 Quadratmeter großen Terrasse auf 30 Quadratmetern ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Im Schlafzimmer finden sich zwei Einzelbetten, die sich zu einem Doppelbett im King-Size-Format zusammenfügen lassen. Das Wohnzimmer enthält eine Schlafcouch, auf der ebenfalls zwei Personen Platz finden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für bis zu vier Personen geeignet. Ein Fernseher und WLAN-Zugang stehen zur Verfügung.

Zum Strand gelangt man in weniger als 15 Minuten. In der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Parks. Die U-Bahn hält zwei Minuten entfernt.

Ein Aufzug ist im Gebäude vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert.

Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung, für Extrahandtücher wird eine Gebühr von 5 Euro pro Handtuch erhoben.
Es wird eine Touristensteuer von 2,25 Euro pro Person (ab 16 Jahren) pro Nacht für maximal 7 Nächte fällig.
Ein privater Parkplatz steht 250 Meter entfernt gegen eine Gebühr von 10 Euro pro Nacht zur Verfügung, die bei der Anreise in bar zu entrichten ist.

We had a wonderful time, and it is as described. The deck is certainly the star and has fantastic views. We were able to walk to all the spots we wanted to see. The apartment would benefit from some light maintenance, paint etc.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

Wonderful stay

The location of the apartment was ideal—not in, but near, lots of things to see and do. Francesco is truly a 5 star/premier host! He responded promptly to any and all questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful experience in Barcelona, including providing shopping and dining recommendations, negotiated discounts at nearby restaurants, and assisting in any way we needed. Very nice apartment in the heart of Barcelona

The rooftop flat has an amazing view to the Sagrada Familia and to the sea. The location of the building is super, near to the parc, to the old city center, surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Frederico is a very good host, who gives you many information and ideas. THe flat itself is not big, but enough for 4 people, and it was tidy and well equipped. We really enjoyed to be guests here.

Apartment was very clean. We loved having a terrace. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked if you want to cook, but I didn’t want to cook! The only thing it lacked was paper goods, like paper towels, napkins, and tissue. The host was very accommodating and gracious. We would recommend this apartment highly.

FANTASTIC!!!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for couples. We stayed 5 nights and the amazing penthouse balcony was the highlight of our visit. We enjoyed our coffee/wine there every morning/evening. The location is fantastic… the neighborhood is safe/quiet and you’re within walking distance (15 minutes or less) of so many historic sites, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Francesco was a fabulous host, very informative and so helpful… gave us so many tips on places to eat (some local ones with a 10% discount for mentioning our stay with him) as well as some preventative safety suggestions when exploring the city. We would highly recommend this penthouse apartment and definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona!

Lovely Barcelona Apartment

The two of us had a wonderful time during our 8-day stay in Barcelona. This comfortable and well-equipped apartment has amazing views and is well located in a very walkable city. Spectacular Spectacular

We spent 13 nights at Francesco's apartment as the start of our 6 week retirement trip and now are fearful nothing else will compare. Everything as expected. Good location on 8th floor with a lift up to 7th floor the 1 flight of stairs. Well equipped apartment with great views and a beautiful terrace. Many supermarkets nearby including a Lidl very close . We walked to many places to enjoy the scenery. The city park next door was beautiful. We ventured further on the metro system which was very efficient. We purchased a T-usual card from the machine by selecting a Tmobilat card and the T-usual option which gives unlimited journeys over 30 days including to and from the airport on the L9 line , it cost 23 euros each and you need to put your passport number in the machine as it is a personal card

Hi! I'm an Italian guy, Business Development Manager with PDM/EMBA. I have been living in Italy and then I moved to Switzerland, to The Netherlands and to Spain.
