Great space just a block from the Placa Reiall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Lively part of the city, could hear people leaving nearby clubs late on a Saturday night but not a problem. Well equipped, though no wine glasses (and we had to buy a waiter’s friend, which we left). Ayman is a very good communicator; easy & well explained access and questions answered swiftly. Good value.

The location was right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, close to the Cathedral and many restaurants, shops and bars. It’s easy to get lost in the web of small streets while you explore. Because of the location it was noisy all evening and well into the morning hours. Ear plugs were provided and helped us sleep through the noise/partying. The apartment was well equipped and had some spices, oils and cooking supplies, lots of towels, toilet paper, etc. We did have a few minor appliance issues with the coffee maker and refrigerator/freezer that we did report-so hopefully they will be addressed.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is right in the middle of things. It is quite a good size, is near the metro and tons of restaurants. We rented bikes for the week right across the street and used this as a perfect home base. The host was very responsive.

Ayman was a wonderful host. Exceeded all expectations. Very communicative and response was rapid. The Apartment was in a good location but extremely noisy at night. Rooms were comfortable, the second bedroom could have used a couple shelves or even hooks to hang things. Close to a lot of transportation. Enjoy our visit.

What an amazing spot to have a 2 bed apartment!! It’s in a beautiful historic building with lots of period details, Feels homely and welcoming. Our host was amazing. Very clear details and instructions as well as keeping in touch on the day we arrived. An absolute gem. Will be back.

We truly loved this apartment. The location is perfect for walking around with lots of food options and tours. The hosts were nice enough to leave ear plugs since people on the street can be loud at night. We had two slight issues, one opening the door and the internet not working. The host replied immediately and had everything fixed in a jiffy. One thing to take note of is the ac is only in the living room, not the bedrooms but there are fans. We still slept great. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There’s an elevator in the building which made it so easy and convenient to get luggage up and down since the apartment is on the third floor.We’ll definitely stay here again. Everything about the place and the host are perfect. We truly had a wonderful experience.

Ayman was very welcoming and clearly explained how to get into the building and into the unit and the house rules. Was a very stylish flat and very roomy. We wish there would have been more towels and washcloths as well as paper towels.

I stayed in Barcellona for a few days with a friend and we chose this amazing apartment for our stay. It is located just behind La Rambla which is a super plus if you need to be close to the main touristic spots. The apartment itself is very fresh and cool, big and with a lot of light coming from many big windows. It has everything one needs, including a washing machine, a big tv screen, and so on.. the two rooms are comfortable, both with double beds. One in particular has a lot of space that’s arranged with a writing table and armchairs, more like a studio than a bedroom. The only con we could find, the apartment doesn’t filter the noise coming from outside, making a couple of night a bit rough.

This was a fabulous stay! Ayman was so helpful and responsive. The place itself was great for my partner and I, and easily would have been great for 4 people too. Lots of supermarkets and shops nearby. Admittedly, the area felt a little bit unsafe at times and sometimes a bit noisy on the street but that absolutely would not stop us coming back again! Next time we come to Barcelona, we will definitely be staying here! Thanks so much Ayman!!

Notre hôte Ayman a été très à l’écoute et rapide dans ses communications avec nous, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la machine à café et il a tout de suite réagi en achetant un autre appareil. L’appartement était somme toutes bien, avec lave linge que nous avons apprécié. Par contre, bien que nous sachions que le quartier gothique est très animé, l’appartement est dans un secteur particulièrement bruyant pratiquement tous les soirs lors de notre séjour. c’est un vieil édifice qui n’a aucune insonorisation….cela nous a vraiment dérangé et nous n’avons pas vraiment dormi.Nous suggérons à Ayman de laisser des instructions claires à ses locataires concernant fonctionnement machine à café, laveuse linge, télé, etc…également, d’installer des rideaux plus opaques ou toile car pas d’intimité.
