Very great location for Eixample and Sagrada Familia and Barceloneta...you can get to very much anywhere from a short distance away using public transportation. It's got great resources (markets, fitness, restaurants, bars, metro bus and train) nearby. The A/C is super useful in the summer, and the beds/pillows were super comfortable. The only drawback for me was the TV and radio situation. Had I not brought an old school AUX input jack I would not have been able to listen to music on the "stereo system" and I could watch no TV from the states because it wasn't a smart TV, nor did I bring my own technology to hook up to the TV, but I rarely spent time in the unit. If you plan to, make sure you check first whether you will have the right stuff for those things. The host is very helpful and provided awesome recommendations for everything I wanted information about. The building is safe, clean, and again a wonderful location! 9/10 for my 2.5 week stay there.

Well located appartement allowing to be at walking distance of most of the main attractions.

Great appartement. The owner was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Excellent neighborhood with great restaurants.

The apartment was ideally located and perfect for all of our needs. Jose could not have been nicer - very responsive with great advice about how to make the most of our time in Barcelona. I would feel very fortunate if the apartment was available should we ever get back there.

Great place to stay!

I was in town for business travel and the few hotels that were available were much more expensive and not in areas of town where you could explore in the evening. The apartment was very nice, well maintained, and in a great area to be able to get everywhere.

Perfect location, great stay

The property was as advertised and Jose was a wonderful host from check-in to check-out. We stayed for 4 days with our kids and this was the perfect location to explore Barcelona from. Apartment was in a safe neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Would recommend.

Great Stay

Jose's apartment was perfect for our family of four. It's clean and in a great location (close enough to walk to important sites, but far enough to feel like you're living with the locals). Jose was very easy to coordinate with before and during the stay. Bottom line: we'd stay again.

Great 4 night stay in barcelona

This apartment is in a great location and well maintained. It's within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions, yet in a nice residential area. Jose was great with explaining everything and being there for all your questions and needs during your stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and apartment

Great place in middle of city to get to many locations, perfect for those who aren’t really club people or prefer a more laid back location. Local restaurants around and not as touristy as old-town. Bathroom and kitchen are very good for a stay and very easy to clean. Had a good time and didn’t spend too much here either!

There was no TV in the apartment, but other than that it was a great place. The location was accessible to everything. There’s tons to eat around.

Wonderful Barcelona apartment

Our stay in Barcelona was great. Our apartment was located right in the middle of a few very popular destinations. We were able to walk to La Sagrada Familia, the Pg. de Garcia and the gothic district. The apartment had everything that we needed and our host was very friendly and informative. We highly recommend.

Overall, we had a good experience with the property, the best part being the unit’s air conditioning, which provided much needed cooling due to Spain’s unprecedented heat wave during the week of our visit.PROs: AC, comfortable master bed, good shower, great central location, clothes washer. Wonderful apartment!

We loved staying in this apartment! Jose, the owner, met us at the apartment and gave us a brief, but thorough explanation of the how everything worked and reviewed a few key places to visit on the Barcelona map. He also made recommendations for places to eat that were delicious! The apartment is in a residential, very safe area. It was quiet, well stocked and very comfortable. He was also very accessible and checked in with us at the end of our stay to see if he could call a cab for us to get us back to the airport. Highly recommend a stay here and would definitely go back!

great spot, nice host, could be cleaner

The apartment was in a good location, the host was terrific. It was fairly clean, but not terrific. Needed a more complete vacuuming. About 10 minute walk to Gaudi church, 10 minutes to metro, pretty easy. Had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure. Thanks Jose....

Great location, very small apartment

Fabulously central apartment. Jose is a great host and provided lots of good restaurant tips for us. The apartment is very small (we were 4 and it was a squeeze) and quite old fashioned (our travel chargers would not fit the plugs for example). But it was clean, cool and met our needs for a few days in Barcelona. Would recommend for a couple rather than a family.

Prior reveiws are right on.

I read the prior reviews before starting this and came to the conclusion there isn't really anything I could add other than a concurrence with the prior comments. This was the first time we had used this type of accommodations and were totally pleased with them and Jose.
