Die 2-stöckige Villa liegt nur 12 Autominuten von Disney und 20 Minuten von Downtown Disney entfernt. Der Champions Gate Shopping Complex mit einem Publix-Supermarkt, einer Tankstelle, McDonalds und einem Chili’s Restaurant ist nur wenige Minuten von der Villa entfernt.

Die Villa verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder, ist voll klimatisiert, möbliert und auf höchstem Standard ausgestattet. Die fünf Schlafzimmer umfassen zwei Zweibettzimmer, ein Kingsize-Bett und zwei Queensize-Betten. Es gibt einen Quatsch, der sich über das gesamte breite Haus im zweiten Stock erstreckt und einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet hinter dem Haus bietet.

Es gibt ein formelles Esszimmer, zwei Lounges, eine Einbauküche mit Frühstücksbar und ein Spielzimmer, das komplett mit Billardtisch und Airhockey ausgestattet ist.

Draußen führen Terrassentüren zu einem schönen großen Pool und Spa. Das Haus ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, sodass Sie den ganzen Tag über die schöne Sonne über dem privaten Schwimm- und Wellnessbereich haben. Der Pool ist komplett abgeschirmt und bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden. Wir haben auch einen abnehmbaren Pool-Sicherheitszaun als Sicherheitsmaßnahme für Familien mit Kindern.

Die Wäschemöglichkeiten befinden sich in einem separaten, klimatisierten Hauswirtschaftsraum und umfassen eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner (was bedeutet, dass Sie Ihre Wäsche vor der Heimreise erledigen müssen, wenn Sie zurückkommen, packen Sie Ihre Koffer aus und legen Sie Ihre sauberen Sachen in die Schubladen oder in den Kleiderschrank in Erinnerung behalten, was Sie vor zwei Wochen getan haben).

This is a delightful and well maintained villa on the eastern part of The Shire, which means that it enjoys the sun over the pool area throughout the day. It is well situated for the amenities of Champions Gate, and is 30-40 mins from Universal. For a family, or a couple not enamoured of the hustle and bustle of International Drive, it could not be more ideal

We had an excellent time! The owner and management team were amazing and any questions or concerns before and during our trip were answered in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. We would recommend an ungrade to the microwave and the blinds on the slider door. Great area to stay in around eveything, emerency, food, grocery, gas and the parks were only like 20 min away. Overall a great place to stay!

Holly was great! Her home had everything we needed. The garbage disposal brke 1st fullday and the management sent someone immediately a replaced it quickly. The only issue that arised was that 1 of our 2 vehicles parked in the driveway was towed away 268. 3 neighbors as well. I believe the towing company scams vacation rentals specifically. My complaint is that nothing in the home rules gave notice or gave a warning that if a vehicle touches the sidewalk they tow. It really made our trip disappointing. No fault to owners other than no information that we could have been aware. She did offer to cover 1/2 of the 268. The house had nice bedrooms and bathrooms for 10 ladies. Kitchen well stocked for aiding our meals. All and all nice

I’m very sorry about the issue with the vehicle being towed, as I completely understand how frustrating that must have been during your trip. The local parking guidance is included within the villa information that is sent with the arrival details, although I appreciate that with a lot of information to go through before a trip it can sometimes be easily overlooked and that’s is why we were happy to help with the cost. Following your feedback, I have now made the parking note much more visible and added a picture clearly showing where not to park so it’s easier for future guests to see. Spiderwebs on outside furniture and screens over the pool, dead bugs in the corners of carpet areas, microwave door was broken but we could still use it, no hot water in one of the upstairs bathroom, had to buy light bulb and shower curtain (was filthy) for one bathroom upstairs.

Best Vacation

We’re a family-loving couple from the UK who fell head over flip-flops for Florida back in 2012. In our second year of marriage, we bravely (some might say boldly) took on a big family holiday to the Sunshine State and we were instantly hooked. Between the sunshine, the smiles, and the service, we knew Florida was our kind of place.

After watching way too many episodes of A Place in the Sun (yes, we were hooked on that too!), we found ourselves at a property roadshow in the UK, met the wonderful team at Homes of America, and just six months later… we were on a plane to find our dream Florida home!
We saw lots of lovely places, but when we walked through the door of this villa, we just knew. It made us smile then, and it still does every time we visit.

We love hosting because it means we get to share this special place with other families who want to make magical memories—just like we did. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Our villa is located in the peaceful community of West Haven in Davenport a perfect little escape from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, while still being just a short drive from all the excitement.

What we love most about the area is the balance. It’s quiet and relaxing after a fun-filled day at the parks, but still conveniently close to everything you need. Within minutes, you’ll find fantastic shops, restaurants, and golf courses—and Walt Disney World is just a short drive away.

One of our favorite features is that the villa overlooks a beautiful nature reserve. It’s the kind of place where you can sip your morning coffee on the balcony, listen to the birds, and still make it to Space Mountain by lunchtime!

Whether you're here for theme parks, shopping, golf, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine, West Haven is the perfect base to enjoy it all at your own pace.
