Overall our stay was great. There are some things in the home that are definitely aged. The couches in the games/laundry room are falling apart, the patio door to the pool area gets jammed, there is a musty/damp smell when entering the home. The AC seems to be set up wrong, it’s hot in the house during the day and middle of the night and morning it’s freezing. All relatively small things that we noticed. The house was comfortable, in a nice gated community, it was really quiet in the neighbourhood. Overall the house is very nice. We would stay there again.

There’s also a great variety of cookware.Each bedroom has a private bathroom and comfortable beds, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The pool was warm, the spa was hot, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay.We truly had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be booking this home again in the future!

Owner is super, and very responsive. He was even very cordial when we mistakenly thought we had booked it for an extra day. It was completely my fault due to changes in our vacation days, and had booked the room well in advance, but the owner was gracious about the whole situation. If he’ll have us well stay again.

The property, the location and the assistance provided by the owner Tony, was absolutely first class in every way. If you are looking at this property and the dates are available, book it. The house is so well equipped, in a fantastic community and is probably the best we have stayed in in over 3 decades of travelling to the Kissimmee Area. From the moment we booked, Tony was absolutely excellent in providing information, assisting with any questions we had, responding really quickly. The pool and outside area were excellent, we spent nearly every night eating outside in our 4 week stay and it really was the most incredible family holiday, I can't recommend Tony and his property highly enough. We very rarely ate out due to the facilities in the kitchen and the games room was a ton of fun for us and the kids. The drive to Disney was approx 25 mins, but even if not visiting the Parks I think it makes an incredible base for getting around and seeing the area. It's not often that I have stayed somewhere in Kissimmee where there are supermarkets etc in walkable distance. Really enjoyed being visited by some of the local bird wildlife too! It's a truly great setting. Thanks again Tony for everything, we cannot wait to return! 10/10 Andy

Excellent family property in great location

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee. The property was everything we were looking for and the listing was accurate. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable. The community was well kept and peaceful. The property is well located for getting to the major theme parks in the Orlando area and both of Florida’s coastlines. Would highly recommended.

Perfect family location

This was a perfect place for our family to spread out. It was large enough for everyone to have their own bed and relax in their own space. I loved that we could jump in the pool each night and relax. We were able to bring in our own food to prepare and I was able to do laundry when we needed clean laundry. It really was our home away from home. There were a few minor home updates that would make the home more comfortable, but it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would go back again!

Property was clean on arrival, everything that was listed on VRBO description was as stated. Owner answered all extra questions without any issues. Our family had a blast and there is tons of local stuff to do without having to do disney.

Perfect house for family vacation

Rented house for 2 weeks for a family vacation to disney, we had no complaints. Easy check in process, house was very clean and in a good location for all the parks. Perfect for Disney trip

We stayed 8 nights here. The check in was good but couldn’t locate my gate code so there was a small delay from owner for the info. Also was mentioned I had a welcome letter with info on it and never did see that. However that didn’t get in the way of our amazing time.The pool and hot tub were perfect (pay to have them heated) easy to use. The house has all the things we needed especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and there were pool toys too. It was nice to have the pool table as well. My girls loved the space for us to enjoy and have our own rooms.There are quite a few people out on the streets on the weekend nights but no one disturbed us. We kept so busy with the parks we never used the clubhouse or even went there but it looked nice from the road. I would love to come stay again. Highly recommend and price is very reasonable for the amenities.

Very nice place to stay

There are so many perks at this place. For us was the carpeted laundry room/billiard room. And pool. It was so nice. I could wash clothes and watch the littles they loved the warm pool but only 4 miles to Disney a bonus! Everything we needed was at our disposal. Walmart for a few groceries Has McDonald’s (for the kids) it was just a perfect location The house itself was modern …nicely decorated open plan which was great oversized tv which played Christmas music just a very nice place to stay. And clean!!! We stayed at these places for 8 years and this was far the cleanest this is very important!!! To me! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home

Bed Bugs

Rented 2-7th of Nov, rented home for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was 3 of us, my youngest kept getting bit thought was mosquitoes ignored it until day before we were to left she pulled covers off since was our last day tried to help and put bedding in laundry room when she realized there was a bug ended up being BED BUGS. Before that the jets in hot tub stopped working did contact owner as he is out of country told me property manager would come I contacted him didn’t come until I mentioned the bugs. And then he brought back 2-cans from Walmart and garbage bags. Later the night of our last day my daughters noticed bites on my back which I had other bites on arms legs didn’t think anything as I thought again were mosquitoes as we were out all days. I removed my bedding and there was bed bugs in my bed. Now instead of day of shopping I had to rewash everything. Until I decided to take to laundromat at midnight took me 2 hrs. I notified owner at 2am Florida time and also property manager, sent them both messages and also VRBO. There was no help owner didn’t offer anything acted like nothing, the property manager told me he had another family coming in and couldn’t clean carpets or anything because takes 3 days to dry. Tony only offered 2 days from the hot tub. One day for rental per his discretion he stated. I spent a good amount to have a nice time for my daughters 18 birthday and we were miserable with bites. If I could put photos on here I def would.
