A simply stunning Villa with beautiful views and no rear neighbors. Relax, unwind and watch the sun go down over conservation area from the comfort of the pool area/terrace.

New vinyl plank flooring installed Dec 2022 in all the bedrooms so this house does not have any carpet! Amazing Games Room in the garage that includes a Pool Table, Foosball Table & Air Hockey!
All bedroom have their own flat screen smart tv's, so guests can make use of their Amazon/Netflix's accounts to stream their favorites and catchup (if you have time!) whilst at the house.

The villa has 2 Master suites with en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom sleeping up to 10 comfortably.

Florida Retreat is an ideal choice for nature lovers and those wishing to experience peace and tranquility, in luxurious surroundings.
The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay Wet and Wild and Sea World and the newly opened EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive away on Interstate I-4.

Florida Retreat is exquisitely furnished with everything to make your stay an unforgettable one. The bright and airy kitchen offers granite countertops and wood cabinetry. The appliances in the kitchen include refrigerator / freezer with water, cubed or crushed ice, range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, 10 cup rice cooker, electric tea kettle, colander, ice-cream scoop, 4 slice toaster, cookery, cookware and glasses ( just to mention a few). It is equipped with everything to prepare a family feast for any occasion. You have a choice of eating in the kitchen area which seats 8 or at the pub table which seats 4. Or out on the patio by the pool which has seating for 6 guests under our covered Lanai. Use the large family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable sofas, stunning furnishings and lamps, LG 65 inch Smart TV with FIOS 180 channels, Blu-Ray DVD player, free wireless internet.

The Master bedroom is Lush Tropical themed and has an en-suite bathroom which opens onto the pool area.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, 32” Flat screen TV with cable, a ceiling fan, lamp, dresser, mirror and night stand. It also opens onto the pool via a sliding glass door. All bedrooms are carpeted.

Master bedroom #2 is a Rusty themed Sunset and Vines Queen bedroom with ceiling fan, lamp, nightstand, 32” TV with flat screen and cable.

Bedroom #3 is an Eva Mendes Queen bedroom collection with dresser, nightstand, mirror, lamp, 22” flat screen TV with cable.

Bedroom #4 has 2 Double (Full) Beds with 22” flat screen TV with cable and a standing lamp.

The pool is south west facing with a screen enclosure, table and seating for 6 and 2 chaise loungers as well as a safety fence for the little ones should you need it. Enjoy the Red Head Crane birds as you overlook the conservation area in the backyard allowing you lots of privacy. Did we mention NO REAR Neighbors! **Pool heating can be added Oct - April for an additional charge**

The pool fence is up at all times for the benefit and safety of our guests. The garage has been converted into a Nascar Themed games room with foosball, and pool table and air hockey, perfect for long matches and children's entertainment!
Inside the games room is also the laundry room with a full washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa is fully equipped with all linens and towels needed for your vacation. There is also a pack n play, umbrella stroller and a high chair for the babies. There is a BBQ grill available to use. Since there is no charge to use it, we do ask to please clean the grill after using and if the propane does run out during your stay, please refill it. If you would like to rent a grill with a full propane tank we have them available to rent.

grossartiger Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war super. Der Pool ist erfrischend, wenn man von einem langen anstrengenden Tag zurückkommt. Die Garage mit dem Billard lädt zu netten Spielen mit/gegen Freunde ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in nächster Nähe. Einfahrt aufs Gelände gewöhnungsbedürftig.

The house is well-equipped and has everything a family or group of friends would need for a comfortable stay, especially considering the price point. That said, some areas show noticeable wear and tear, which affects the overall experience. A few targeted upgrades would make a big difference. The living room couch feels outdated and could use replacement or refreshing. The pool was fantastic, and the pool toys were a great addition. The game room would benefit from upgrades—particularly the pool table and accessories—and the air hockey table could use updated or replacement parts. Adding a few board games would also be a nice touch for families.

Our stay was very nice. The pool heat worked well. Communication was excellent. I would not recommend this area if you want a quick jump to parksm Its very hard to get around. Quite a bit of traffic and not close to the parks. About 25 to 40 minutes on a good travel day. The resort amenities are very old and need updating. Neighborhood and people are very nice they even have a resident alligator named Old Fred.

A beautiful property in a quiet location with easy access to parks etcThe property was clean although in need of some upgrades. Towels, bedding etc were old and thread bare. Dish wear was in short supply and chipped etc. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Beds were comfortable although the smaller of the en suite rooms had the nosiest bed base ever. Pillows were awful. All in all v good

We stayed there for 11 nights. The location was perfect and the house was very clean. An issue not great was the internet and cable service. The guide would not display most of the time and channels would not load. Streaming services weren't very good either because the internet wasn't great. Thankfully, we weren't there to watch tv most of the time anyway but figured I'd give a heads up to others. The pool was nice and clean but definitely could use some new pool towels, they were pretty worn down. Overall a nice place to stay.

Nicely maintained house in a quiet neighborhood. More than enough space for our group. Loved the convenience with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Relaxing on the patio with pool was fun as well as playing pool or air hockey in the garage game room. Had difficulty with the main tv in the living room since it would constantly lose the signal and freeze up, so we didn’t use that much. The instructions weren’t helpful since there are 3 remotes which just adds to the confusion. The guidebook doesn’t have any useful information such as a community map and things to do The posted rules all around are a little redundant and takes away from the vacation vibe. Overall we enjoyed our really comfortable stay here in Davenport with many great experiences

Good and bad

We loved the location of this house. No neighbors behind and decent space from side to side. It was clean, and had plenty eatra bedding and utensils in the kitchen. The house had plenty of room and space for our needs. Pool was great. We did pay for heated pool which worked great. Although the listing says hot tub, its not hot unless you pay extra for the water to be heated. Game room was great too Checking in and out was a breeze. For the cons. The air conditioning definitely needs attention. I live in the south, i understand summer time can be brutal. We arrived every afternoon after a long day out, and the house would be 83-84 degrees. It was set to 74, and still never reach that. Even early mornings would be 78. The shower drain in the master bath isnt attached, and the shower door is rigged with a rust screw and large washer that was protruding into the shower area. A tetanus shot waiting to happen. Beds aren't comfy, super saggy in the middle. GFI Outlets in the kitchen not working with the reset button missing and a spring sticking out. The internet struggled horribly if 2 tvs were running. Granted, we did not report any of these issues while we stayed. We did report one issue. The hot water stopped working. After a beach day at that. After speaking with someone, i was told the "maintenance guy" isnt answering. I eventually was able to figure how to re-light the gas hot water heater. The trip overall was ok. I would stay again if things got fixed.

Great place to stay in a safe community

Not far from either Orlando or Kissimmee; easy access to and from the property. Plenty of space and things to do; a great place to relax in style and fun after the hustle and bustle of the day. The property management company was easily accessible and great to work with, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place. We did find it difficult getting in and out of the Orlando area between accidents and construction. Universal was only 24 miles away but it was always more than an hour travel in each direction. I guess we didn’t anticipate the amount of traffic and only a few roads taking you in and out of the Davenport area.

Average. Don’t believe the pool was cleaned as stated. BBQ is in very poor condition, we didn’t use it as it appears to be a fire risk. Patio umbrella doesn’t work, and pool furniture needs to be refurbished.

Nice home....needs better mattresses

The house was very nice, very clean. Well taken care of. The mattress in the main bedroom was very hard. The mattress day in the bedroom right off the kitchen. Squeaked, every time you moved in the bed.It was very hard to go to sleep.
