In the interest of all guests and residents of the Solana Resort the HOA has issued a general nighttime ordinance for all properties in the resort. During this nighttime “period of silence”, no pool pumps can be operated in the resort and in consequence no pool heating is available for this period. This regulation might influence rentals during late fall, winter and early spring. However, the water temperature will we hold by the pool overnight in all other periods. And for cooler periods we provide to our guests a cover for pool and spa, to hold the temperature overnight for their convenience. During the time of any spa operation the overflow of the hot water from the spa is running automatically into the pool to keep the pool during the spa operation time on temperature. And most of our guests are using the spa operation less than one hour which automatically limits any impact on the temperature of the pool.

We are pleased to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay in our house and even loved it. But please note that heating for the hot tub has to be ordered separately together with pool heating which wasn't the case for this stay. And we are sorry that this time the features of the game room (pool billiard and table foosball) don't meet the expectations.

We take the cleanliness of our properties seriously and want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay. As always, our property manager takes a final check of the home prior to the guest’s arrival. Even if our house was thoroughly cleaned before the guests checked in, it can always happen that during the final check an issue has been overseen. Therefore, we offer the service to our guests to call our local property manager directly after check-in or/and observation of an issue to get it rectify immediately. We hope that this service might be more helpful for our guests than keeping us notified via review. We are committed to offer our guests a best equipped kitchen with all utensils they need for a comfortable stay in our house. Since our houses accommodates 12 guests maximum, we offer dishes, plates, cups and tumblers for 12 guests in a porcelain version for inside use and a plastic version for pool deck use. To stow all these items is already consuming a lot of space in our kitchen. But our guests are free to re-arrange the utensils in the cabinets a little bit, since there is always space left for their grocery products. We are sure, that a replacement of the fridge and/or the dishwasher shouldn’t be an option in the interest of all our other guests.
