Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des historischen Saint Germain des befindet Druck der lateinischen Viertels von Paris!

Unsere Wohnung wurde gerade komplett renoviert mit weißen Wänden, Steinmauern aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und Balken aus dem 18. Jahrhundert in allen Zimmern.

Wir sind im 3. Stock mit einem großen eleganten Treppenhaus. Unser Apartmentgebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug von der ersten Etage.

Das Apartment blickt auf einen großen, weißen Innenhof mit viel Sonne, die den ganzen Tag durch die Wohnung geht.

Unsere Fenster sind doppelt verglast.

Das Bett ist ein komfortables Queensize-Bett. Wir bieten auch eine ausziehbare Couch mit einem bequemen Bett für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.

Die Rue des Canettes ist eine historische Straße, die für ihre Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und ihre charmanten Restaurants bekannt ist.

Wir sind in der Nähe von all den schönen Bauernmärkten, Theatern und romantischen französischen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Wir sind nur auf der Straße von der weltberühmten Cafe De Flore- ein Liebling vieler großer Schriftsteller und Künstler (Hemingway, F. Scott und Zelda Fitzgerald, Picasso, Serge Gainsbourg und mehr ...), Die Brasserie Lipp, Entrecôte und Les Deux Magots.

Unsere Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten von allen großen historischen Denkmälern und Museen von Paris.

Die Metro-Haltestellen sind Saint Germain des Prés, Odéon und Mabillon.

Wir haben alle lokalen Märkten, Geschäften und Konditoreien in der Nähe.

The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood. Everything is so close, great restaurants, grocery store, Metro.We visited during a heat wave, and a holiday weekend, but the apartment is tucked away from the street so we were able to sleep with the windows open.We also appreciated a drip coffee maker. We bought coffee beans from Bonjour Jacob and made coffee in the apartment. We had a very memorable visit!

Great location in the middle of so many stores and restaurants. It's a simple space but worked for us (2 adults and 1 kid), partially because we spent so little time in the apartment. We were there for a heat wave and it was definitely warm, but used the fan and opened windows to cool down a little overnight. There wasn't hand soap or any shower things (soap/shampoo/conditioner) so encourage you to bring.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything tourists will visit. The neighborhood is fantastic. Fun area with great food.If the hosts address the issues below we would definitely stay again and recommend it. AND the issue are minor and should be resolved.Our issues:1 - The listing states there is a washer, which we planned on using. After check in we inquired about the washer and were told there was not one, but there was a laundry place nearby. 2 - There is no shower door and the drain is badly plugged. Water quickly pools and flows over the 1/2" lip and rushes all over the bathroom floor. You are constantly standing in water in the shower.3- The couch is stained and dirty

The location of course is the key attraction of this property. Easy access to métro and bus lines, plus many nearby restaurants, and walking distance to any number of interesting places. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating when a snowstorm stateside canceled my flight, allowing me to slide my dates up a few days without penalty.

The apartment is perfectly located in Saint Germaine. The area around the apartment has great restaurants and bars just outside the door but the apartment still remains quiet. The elevator is also great for dealing with luggage.

Charming apartment in the perfect location. . .

The location is perfect for walking the city and the Luxembourg Gardens. Cafes and shops line the city streets around this area. I have been to Paris at least 10 times. This is the cutest spot in the 6th.

Perfect Location

This apartment is in the perfect location! Shops, restaurants, metro stations all very close by! The apartment was fine. Would be perfect for 2 people. A bit crowded with two adults and two 18 year olds sharing one shower. The shower could use a good cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing neighborhood

Fulfills all your needs - Epic grocery store around the corner, restaurants everywhere, 2 gorgeous churches within 2 minute walk. Fabulous stores on Blvd St. Germain, Rue de Rennes & Rue de Sevres. Then relax in Jardin de Luxembourg. Easy walk to Latin Quarter & Notre Dame. We had a wonderful time, loved the apartment & can’t wait to return.

AWESOME LOCATION

Perfect location in a great fun neighborhood. East access to all sights, the Metro- anything you might want.

Cozy apartment in St Germaine

We had a lovely stay in this cozy apartment. The bed was very comfy with lovely linens and a well stocked kitchen. It's a perfect quiet location in St Germaine with lots of amneties near by. Tiffany and Charles were fantastic and answered emails right away for our questions.

Great location

We walked everywhere, in the heart of the city. Hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do. Would stay there again.

The location is great . Rue des canettes is very lively but the apartment is very quiet. We would return for sure.

Honeymoon

Tiffany and Charles were great to work with and responded quickly to all messages. The location of the apartment is great- right in the middle of St. Germain while still private and quiet. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty to the point of impacting our stay negatively. Hopefully this issue is resolved for future travelers.
