Stock eines Gebäudes ohne Aufzug, perfekt gelegen in der Rue de l’Université im Herzen des 7. Arrondissements. Host was very responsive and communicative. The property itself is large, clean, quiet, and really well-situated. A lovely cafe is right outside the entry to to building, and a cafe serving good food just around the corner. I had never used a key cafe before, which complicates things somewhat and must be factored in when making trains, et cetera. Of course, this system is not unique to the property, but does complicate things.

This apartment was a perfect homebase for our family while visiting Paris. The location was incredible, everything we needed was within walking distance and public transportation was a five minute walk to get around the city. The apartment itself was very comfortable, quiet, clean and cute. It was a great mix of modern but with historic charm. The only things I wish there was more of was extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels (there was also no fans or AC during the heatwave, but this is the norm for all of Paris). The host was great at communicating with us and responded very quickly to any questions or updates we shared. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Located central to Musee D’Orsay, this adorable flat was everything we needed for our quick trip to the city that never sleeps. There’s a bodega steps away for essentials and the necessary pharmacie for everything in your shopping list around the corner. We loved it. Pro tip: station your traveling partner and luggage at the cafe down the street and rent a bike for the 1km mission to pick up and drop off the keys.

It is a very convenient location, very central and close to most of the attractions. There are some small/moderate hiccups that made the stay a little less favorable. While the building is centrally located, the amenities are outdated. Not a fan of having to pick the keys on a separate location, about a mile from the residence, especially on departure day when you have to leave for the airport. Being central located you do have access to a small store with all the necessities. The lack of AC and only one small fan to ventilate the apartment made the stay a little sweaty. The bathroom while upgraded, still has the old drains which make water stay with you in the shower or sink. Overall, good experience, but with the lack of comfort that you would hope.

Great location, the cafe downstairs is really good and there is a convenient store just below. The apartment is darker than expected and there are no curtains in the second bedroom (bring a mask). The keys are annoying to get 15 min from the apartment especially with bags to drag. However, it’s an easy pick up and drop off system. We were happy to have a washing machine and dish washer, it would be nice to have more water glasses and things to cook with as well as a small trash in the bathroom. Overall, we were happy, but small changes could make it better. It was hot in Paris and although there are fans, opening the windows to cool down meant that it was more noisy. At least, it cooled down at night. The beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of closet space.

Check-in gave this apartment a terrible first impression. Then we faced the ick factor of finding mildew around the shower basin and bathroom sink. The unit cleaning supplies were left empty, so we purchased some, and I spent an hour cleaning all of the surfaces in the apartment, The crud included grimy mirrors, filmy shower doors, toothpaste splashes and smudges on the bathroom artwork, and personal product residue inside the bathroom drawers. An old dish sponge was left at the sink, and the door to the freezer was iced over, so it couldn't be used. The shower and sink collected water. No supplies were left for us including toilet paper, bags, soap, or paper towel. It seemed like the apartment had been quickly spot cleaned by someone who needed glasses.The floors and sheets were immaculate. Check-in: Even though I read other comments and knew people had had problems with key collection, I was prepared and confident about going to another location. The reality was the key safe system is glitchy, and the combination we were given didn't work. We were then directed to another service to get support. After 50 minutes, we retrieved the keys.Maintenance: Quick turnaround to fix the clogged shower, sink, and freezer.Cleaning Products: They offered and refunded 15 euros for supplies with receipt.Overall: Be prepared to experience check-in inconveniences. Management is responsive. Once settled, you sleep well in this quiet and dark well designed and spacious apartment.

I went to Paris to go to the French Open. This flat is in an excellent location for access to the Metro to ride to Roland Garros as well as walking distance to Musée d’Orsay, the Eiffel Tower, croissant baking class and so much more.

The location of this apartment was really nice and close to most everything. It was great to be able to have two bedrooms. The bathroom, kitchen and living space were reasonably sized. The apartment was a little darker inside because it sits back behind all the other apartments and there isn’t a lot of light that comes in, but it wasn’t horrible. We were there during a peak temperature time, so it was really hot and the fans they provided were too small to cool down the rooms. I would suggest they look into that for future guests. The only major problem we had was with the key drop off at the end of our stay where there was an expectation that we go across town during a time when there was a national holiday and all of the streets were blocked off. Even though I tried to do this, it didn’t happen because the streets and the police would not let us through. Eventually, the management team, after much back-and-forth, allowed us to leave the keys in the apartment on the counter. We had to take a picture and send it to them. The pick up and the drop off of the keys seems a little inconvenient for guests, which is what I told the management team. It is something I suggested they look into, to make it easier, especially for people who do not have transportation and have to take Ubers or find ways to get there and back. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. Now I’m just waiting to see if they refund my deposit before the 14 days they say they will.

Great spot for 1st visit to Paris

The apartment suited our needs very well. We enjoyed having the extra space of a living room and 2 separate bedrooms. The location was great! Close to metro station, the Seine and cafes. The pickup location to get the key was a bit far. We had great response when communication with the reservations team! Thank you!!!

Great location, but the check-in process was pretty complicated with the key pick up far away from the apartment. It also required another app to release the key before the code would work. The shower drain was very slow, which made the water overflow onto the bathroom floor. We did advise the host that this was happening, but we were advised to buy some descaling product for which we would be reimbursed, and we didn’t really have time to do this on our vacation.

Best location in Patis

Myself and a friend stayed at the apartment. It was very modern and sparse. I was surprised to see first floor meant climbing 15 steps. The location of key lockbox was a mile away which we did not know. I suggest picking up the key without your luggage if possible. Also unit did not provide any coffee, salt and pepper and some basic things like tissues. There is a grocery store downstairs where these can be purchased. The water pressure is very strong in the shower, we found it best to lower water levels while showering to prevent it leaking on to bathroom floor. These are just a few helpful hints to enjoy your stay. There is no denying this location was unbeatable. Amazing access to all areas of Paris.

Great location, clean property, minimal amenities

The location is perfect for walking to and exploring all the Paris sights. Plus, great proximity to multiple metro stations. The unit was secure and clean, but had minimal amenities. No hand soap, dish pods, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. which was very inconvenient. Understand it's a rental but we had come from another rental in London that provided hand soaps, shampoo/conditoner, paper towels, toilet paper and even nepresso coffee pods! This felt like bare necessities. The coffee maker didn't fully work and the shower leaked water. The most annoying part was needing to pick up the unit keys 20 minutes away from the unit. We didn't find that detail out until 2 days before check in. With kids and luggage, that would have been a deal breaker if we had known. We've never had to travel so far from a unit to pick up the keys.

We really enjoyed our time at this VRBO! The location was fantastic—you could easily get to most of the major sites on foot, and the Musee d’Orsay metro station was just a couple minutes away. The access made our sightseeing days so much easier. The coffee shop and small grocery store located right beside the building were very convenient and a nice bonus.The space itself was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need, although we only used it for breakfast. It was spacious enough that we could all spread out and relax after a busy day exploring. We especially appreciated the extra pull-out couch, which allowed each of our teenagers to have their own bed—definitely a win for comfort and harmony!The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only reason for the 4-stay overall review was a minor issue with the shower leaking. There was some wear on the shower doors and previous patches along the tile base were not holding, which meant we had to be cautious with using it to avoid having a bunch of water on the floor of the bathroom. We did contact the host who offered to have it fixed, but we chose not to have the repair done due to the shorter duration of our stay.Overall, this was a great place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-located home base for their travels!

Great location

We had an excellent visit to Paris. The apartment was located in a great place for us to walk and tour all of Paris. The apartment was quiet at night and was as expected. My only criticism was the delay in communication with the property manager. The key that we picked up at a KeyCafe had a different address on it than the place we were staying. There was no way to call anyone and the delay in email response, and then not getting an exact response to my question was a little frustrating. We'd been traveling for a long time, were tired, and did not really want to walk to the property with our luggage if there was an issue with the key. After waiting at the KeyCafe for a while, we decided to start walking anyway. The key worked, but maybe best to change the address on the key tag so as not to confuse tired visitors, or maybe don't put any address on the key. Otherwise, the property was great for us.

The apartment was very conveniently located near the Louvre, the Musee D'Orsay and the Saint-Germaine neighborhood. We appreciated being in walking distance to the Left Bank shopping area and many restaurants and cafes. The property manager was very responsive regarding questions during the booking process and before arriving and during the stay. Although the apartment was clean and quiet, we were disappointed in several things. First of all, the check in AND check out process are very inconvenient as others have mentioned. The key is picked up and dropped off at a key cafe which is about a 15 minute walk away and, with rolling luggage through the streets, this is not easy feat. We were disappointed in the lack of amenities provided in the apartment. There was no hand or bath soap, no shampoo, no coffee (original Nespresso pods), no paper towels, and only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. Regarding linens, only four towels, four hand towels (and no wash cloths) were provided and only four pillows for two beds, one blanket per bed (with one extra blanket) were available. When I asked about getting additional linen, we were told it would be an additional cost.

Communication with the host was very easy. The location was amazing, easy walking to multiple iconic places and access the Metro. I wouldn’t recommend this place for kids if you’re planning on cooking a few meals / using the washing machine. There was no dish soap, washing machine or dishwasher tablets provided. No cutting board, spatula or tea towels. I personally wouldn’t stay again but could be good for people not planning on using kitchen / washing machine or long stay where it makes sense to buy items. There was also a ton of dust under the bed, hair in the bathroom drawer and stained sheets. Given how amazing the location was but the cleanliness / facilities- I would give it a 3.5 / 5
