Schöne renovierte Wohnung in der Nähe der Place des Vosges

Die Größe der Wohnung ist 50 Quadratmeter (550 Quadratmeter i e.); bis zu 5 Personen können maximalen Komfort (evtl. 6 mit Zustellbetten) zu genießen. Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert, es ist ganz neu und wird zum ersten Mal vermietet. Es behält seine traditionelle Aussehen und Charme in einem typischen Pariser Wohnung (Holzbalken und Fußböden), aber modernes Design (voll von einem Architekten entworfen) macht es funktional und praktisch. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen des Marais, sind Sie nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Museen, Kunstgalerien, Restaurants und Boutiquen. Sie werden nur einen Block vom Picasso-Museum, ein leicht zu Fuß zu den Place des Vosges, dem Carnavalet-Museum und dem Centre Pompidou ist.

Great apartment with relatively convenient location. Host was very responsive & helpful. Air conditioner was nice to have, 2 Metro stops within 10 min walk, supermarket & bakery & restaurant options nearby. This was a great alternative to hotel rooms for our family of 5.

Our home away from home

My daughter, granddaughter and I booked this apartment for about two weeks. The location was fabulous -- great shopping and dining right outside our door. The apartment was comfortable; air conditioning helped on the few hot days. It was also secure, with two locked entry doors before our apartment. Host Chris was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. Can't say enough good about our stay there. We'd book it again.

Perfect spot for two

We had the most wonderful time in le Marais. The flat was centrally located, so comfortable and very clean. The little room off the bathroom has a skylight, which made it perfect for me as a bedroom (my mom stayed in the big bed). Host was responsive and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place, peaceful, in the heart of Como.

This place is an oaisis in the middle of the hussle of Como. Only issue is that if you have a lot of bags, and you're not able to carry them up many stairs (60) this will be very difficult for you. If not, then this is a phenominal place to stay, with lots of space.

Great place to be in the city and close to everything. Keep in mind that it is on the 5th floor; however, there is an elevator/lift. Recently renovated and in good shape. Would stay again.

Charming apartment in a great area

Our family of five enjoyed our stay in Paris in this charming apartment. The location was great… close to a supermarket, restaurants and easily walkable to all transportation. Air conditioning was a huge perk as the street was loud at times. We were glad to have laundry (wash and dry) as well. The apartment was nicely stocked and comfortable for our stay in Paris!

Perfect stay

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights. The appartment is located very centrally. Walkable various restaurants and cafes, even supermarkets. You have everything you need, although the second sleeping room with 2 mattresses is quite perfect for children but not good for adults as it has very low ceiling. For us a wonderful stay in central parus.

This compact apartment offers a small but complete kitchen, well-designed bathroom and comfortable bed. The top floor location affords lovely views across the rooftops of the neighborhood. The space is very nice and bright with a great rooftop view. It is on the 5th floor and the elevator is quite small so I took the stairs most the time, but a great location to explore the city from!

Excellent location and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was as advertised. Spacious enough for our family of 5 to be comfortable. The location in Le Marais was everything we could’ve hoped for—a lovely neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and not overly touristy. Metro stops were conveniently located to get us wherever we wanted to go. Chris was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Apartment located in the Marais

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Also, several Metro stops were very close. Chris was an excellent host. When the washer and dryer stopped working, he immediately tried fixing it, without any luck. But then he went above and beyond and got our clothes washed and dried for us twice! Our two and a half week stay was very comfortable in this apartment. I would highly recommend this property!!
