Perfect for families and groups, this spacious getaway offers direct access to the calm waters of the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a short walk from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf.



Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering and relaxing, along with a well-appointed kitchen featuring a large island, ample seating, and a Nespresso coffee maker. Thoughtful coastal décor, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and beautiful water views throughout the home create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests with two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, a full-over-full bunk room, and a twin-over-full bunk room.
