Hang out at the beach with a cooler full of ice from your own commercial ice maker with only a short walk away, or hang out at a private oasis to grill, sunbathe, swim/float in your private pool, nap in a hammock, or watch the game on the big screen. Play your music around the pool through the surround Stereo. Or enjoy how many stars are visible at the beach while sitting next to a private beach campfire. All without the interruptions of other vacationers in your space.

Inside the house, you have a fully stocked kitchen with every dish and utensil to prepare and cook a simple or gourmet meal or snack. ••There is a Keurig coffee machine and a 12 cup drip coffee maker••
Inside dining can seat 12 between the sofa table and the kitchen table. There are plenty of games and puzzles for all ages and a large smart TV in the Living Room with 2 full-size sofas, one of them as a sleeper sofa. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer with a sink on the main floor along with 2 bedrooms- The Kids room-2 bunk beds(4 XL Twin mattresses) and the other main floor bedroom-Queen Bed, and 1 full bathroom-tub, shower, toilet, and single sink and vanity. The top floor level has a full bathroom, a soaker jacuzzi tub, a standing shower, and a double sink vanity. The 2 top floor bedrooms have water views front and back. One with a California King, and the other with queen bed and a balcony that overlooks the pool and has views of the Gulf. All bedrooms have Smart TVs.

Everything listed is provided~ All Bed Linens, Pillows, Bath towels, Swimming Pool towels, Washcloths, and Hand towels. Beach Towels are not provided.

A generous starter supply of Dishwasher Tablets, Dishsoap, Laundry Detergent, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, and Kitchen Trash Bags are provided to get you through your first couple of days.

2 Beach Cruiser bicycles (one adult and one young adult bikes) are available in the garage. Helmets are not provided; use them at your own risk.

6 Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler with wheels, a beach wagon, and a big wheel beach cart is provided. There are plenty of beach and pool toys, some provided by us and others left by previous guests.

The closest walk to the beach is only a few minutes away as you need to walk around the other houses to get to the public beach access. Just head down White Sands Blvd (west) past a few houses and turn left (South Carolina), and you will see the beach access path. Other public beach accesses are within a short driving distance. All Beaches on the island are public and free parking. There are also public parking and beaches along the National Seashore (towards Pensacola Beach) and a National Park-Opal Beach (a 2-3 mile drive from the house).

**Pool can be heated for an additional Fee during the months of October-April. Please inquire if you are interested, and we ask for at least a 48-hour notice to heat the pool, as it is heated by propane. This is a full-size 40-foot-long pool, and we can heat it to 86 degrees, no matter how cold it is outside. **Up to 2 Dogs allowed with a pet fee of 150.00 per dog with pre approval.
