We were, however, surprised to hear your concerns regarding the condition and cleanliness of the property, as this home has consistently received excellent feedback from our guests. The home is professionally cleaned and is also inspected before and after each guest stay. It sounds like you contacted us regarding a few items during your stay, but we wish we had known about these particular concerns as well. Our team is very responsive, as you mentioned, and we would have gladly sent someone to the home to inspect and address anything that needed attention. We take the care and cleanliness of our properties very seriously and always want the opportunity to make things right while our guests are still here.
