In the highly popular Grand Navarre Blvd neighborhood, this large family friendly home is the perfect, quiet getaway for your next trip to the Emerald Coast. The home sits directly across the street from the Santa Rosa Sound. The neighborhood sits on the far west side of Navarre Beach, just seconds from the National Seashore drive between Navarre and Pensacola Beach. It is truly a unique place you'll want to experience. The home sits on a quiet street and there is plenty of driveway parking available for 4 cars. There is also plenty of off street parking available and an oversize garage that is perfect for storing kayaks, paddle boards, beach gear, fishing poles, etc. A portion of the garage has been converted into a game room with a basketball game and ping pong table. A kayak is included for guest use!



There is also a golf cart that is included in the rental for easy trips back and forth to the Gulf! Public beach access #37A is about a 8 minute walk or a very quick drive.



Up the stairs, inside is a spacious layout with a large open living, kitchen, and dining area. There is plenty of room for the whole crew to comfortably relax. The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless appliances, granite counters, a pantry, and bar seating for 4. The living room features a huge leather sectional facing a large smart TV. Down the hall you'll find the primary suite with a gorgeous en suite bathroom. There is an additional king bedroom across the hall. Also on the second floor is the laundry closet and a full guest bath. Up the stairs on the top floor you'll find two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom.



Bring your pups along. This home can accommodate a maximum of 2 dogs with a combined weight up to 100lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. Any dog on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.
