Let the sunshine in at Aqua Skye, a beautiful vacation escape located in Navarre Beach. This dog-friendly home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 full kitchens. Boasting 2,340 sq ft, this beach house offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Prepare family dinners in the gourmet kitchen featuring a gas stovetop, double ovens, a dishwasher, and a side-by-side fridge/freezer. Enjoy the covered back deck with ample dining and patio furniture for the whole crew to relax and listen to the ocean waves. Upstairs, accessible from two exterior staircases, guests will find the beautifully decorated master suite featuring a king bed and an ensuite bath. The other side of the upstairs offers two bedrooms with queen beds, a guest bathroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. On the lower level, a separate bungalow has a queen-size sofa bed, two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, an accessible laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a 2nd full kitchen. With all that space, this lovely home can sleep up to 14 comfortably. Enjoy relaxing on the 3 large expansive decks! Outside, you will find a beautiful private pool that can be heated or cooled (see details below regarding parameters and fees), a putting green (Putters and balls supplied), a propane grill, an outdoor shower, and ample parking. *The pool can be heated and cooled for an additional fee. Pool heating costs $60 per day and will not be available if the outdoor temperature is below 65 degrees. The pool may only reach 75 degrees when heated (Note: the pool is not a hot tub, it is a heated pool). Pool cooling costs $50 per day and can be done if the water temperature is over 88 degrees.*

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. February is only available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Though this property allows dogs, they are not allowed on Navarre Beach. Dogs are subject to approval. Limit of 2 dogs weighing 50 pounds or less. If you are traveling with a dog, please provide the reservations team with the breed of your dog within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Rent a bike, kayak, or paddleboard at Sage Paddle Company, catch your own dinner at Navarre Beach Fish Pier, visit the animals at Gulf Breeze Zoo, or take a scenic drive, just minutes from your cozy vacation home down to Pensacola Beach.

Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July, and there is a show over the Naval Air Station each November. If seeing the Blue Angels isn’t enough, venture over to the Pensacola Navy Base for public access to the National Naval Aviation Museum, a Pensacola favorite, offering a rich historical experience for kids and adults alike.
