Check in was super easy and the beach view was great. Our 6 year old absolutely loved the playground. Only downside I'd say was all 3 beach stair acess points were closed off due to storm damage, so we had to drive down the way to a public beach spot. Plenty of areas to stop and get food though. We absolutely loved splash by the sea for dinner and scoops for dessert. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo

This condo was very child friendly (not a lot of small fragile items to hide from them) which I appreciated. All tvs wall mounted and safe. I didn’t like having patio access in both bedrooms without an upper unreacheable lock. So I closed the curtains and moved the one nightstand in front of it in the children’s room and they didn’t realize it was even there. The pool area was great, including the covered pool option. We also loved the small ice cream/coffee shop on the lower level. Over all good experience and will stay here again. The floors definitely could have been cleaner though! Also the last day all 3 elevators broke so we had to carry all of our things plus 2 small kids up 5 flights of stairs. Luckily it was fixed by the morning for checkout and loading the car.

This was our first time to Topsail Beach but we loved our vacation there. The only complaint my family had was the slowness of the WIFI. My granddaughter was trying to do online college work and it took her forever to complete.A recommendation I have is to mop the floors more. Our socks was the tell tell sign more mopping is needed.But other than these two things our visit was amazing and do plan on going back again and staying here.

Beds were comfortable. Sliding glass doors handles were broken. The fridge made horrible noises in the freezer. The previous renters clothes were hanging on the patio door handles indicating the room was not properly cleaned. The floors in the showers were nasty and stained. The paint on the patio floor was lifting and sharp. The internet was spotty and didn’t work for two days. The power went out for one day. Two towels per person for five days is crazy. No beach towels. No ceiling fans. Light switches are not labeled and don’t know what outlets they work. The previous persons dirty towels and bedsheets were outside of our door for the entire stay and stunk. Not oceanfront more of ocean view. Elevator was broke half the time. Pool was freezing and no hot tub. Loud banging above us all day from them installing flooring in upper rooms. No good dining.
