This well-appointed, captivating retreat is found on the third level and is part of the Shipwatch Villas complex, which offers its guests a swimming pool, outdoor grilling areas, a gazebo, and private beach access with outdoor showers.

The living room overlooks the shimmering ocean and pool below. The spacious room offers matching sofas, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, a portable stereo, and a ceiling fan. A sliding glass door leads out to the private balcony. From here you can sit and soak in the beautiful views of Topsail Island. The outdoor seating area is the perfect place for relaxing with a cool beverage. Hardwood cabinets surround the kitchen area. This space offers guests a refrigerator with an icemaker, a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee at the kitchen bar or cook up a gourmet breakfast and savor all its flavors at the dining table, accommodating up to six. The hallway holds two bedrooms, one at each end, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with double sinks.

The main bedroom sits on the ocean side of the condo. This room offers access through a sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck.
