Loved our time in this beautifully decorated unit. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean. Well stocked with just about anything you would need for a short stay. Very quick walk behind the building to the beach and pool. Great location, beach wasn’t too crowded compared to somewhere like Myrtle Beach. I would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Location

Can’t beat the location, the property is very nice, clean linens, dishes, etc. check in is super easy and instructions are helpful. Pool and deck very nice. Views were beautiful.

Wonderful clean and spacious. Family of 5, 3 kids (ages 10,12,15). Everything was in kitchen expected, except cutting board. Access to beach and pool was excellent !! Loved it as best vacation for family with kids ages we have.

Wonderful!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It's been beautifully renovated and is one of the best stocked condos I've ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything you need. The check in instructions were clear and thorough. Our family had a great time and we would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this Condo! We had such a nice stay here! It’s decorated so nicely. We loved sitting on the balcony. Julie, our contact person, was so helpful. Our ice maker broke at the start of our second week and she had someone there the next day and they put in a new ice maker the next day.We had a great time!!

Owner's response: Glad you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. The unit was entirely re-painted and the bathrooms were remodeled in 2023. Also, new Deck, LR, DR, and bedroom furniture were added at that time. Master Bedroom furniture is scheduled to be replaced before the end of this year which will finish a complete remodel. The Elevator situation was unfortunate and I apologize it was under repair during your stay.

Great vacation

The unit was better than I anticipated. It honestly felt like a home away from home. We spent the majority of our time on the beach or in the pool enjoying the beautiful weather, and enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting out on the balcony taking in the view. There is honestly nothing that I can say that is negative about the time we spent there. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing!! We spent our mornings by the pool then walked across the private boardwalk to the beach in the afternoons. Just gorgeous! The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the deck is beautiful and the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Do not hesitate to book you won’t regret it!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our first time to the North Topsail and it was the best experience. The condo was newly renovated and it was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. The views were amazing and beach access was simple. The new couches were the most comfortable couches we ever had in a rental. Overall great experience and the property owner, Jamie was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

New vacation spot

The condo was well decorated and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking! Excellent place to rent and would definitely rebook! Long story short I previously stated in this condo 20 years ago in another chapter of my life...low and behold when looking to book in the same area I rented the same condo and had known idea...Julie responds very fast with any questions...loved going back there would definitely rebook the condo!!

This condo was WAY bigger than we were expecting by the pictures! The view was amazing and patio was a wonderful place to enjoy meals together. The kitchen was well stocked and loved that they provided the extras. Even though this was a condo it felt very safe and private for our girls trip with easy access to the beach. It did rain during our whole trip but having cards and games available brought us time together and plenty of laughs. Thank You for sharing your wonderful space :)

Easiest Vacation Ever

Everything went smoothly. Had some trouble with the box that held the keys, but that was operator error. The condo was clean and even stocked with some "leftovers", which made things easier until we could get to the store later that evening. I contacted the owner when we first arrived and she responded promply. Would definitely stay in this condo again!!

Fun spot overall

This was a good stay overall. The unit had pretty much everything you could ask for, except there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper there when we arrived so we had to run out and get some. The overall condo could've been a little cleaner but that isn't a huge deal. The beach access directly from the condo is really nice, however the water is coming up so close to the dunes there wasn't much room for you to "beach." That has nothing to do with our unit, just something for other folks to know. Overall a good spot and we had a good time.

Slower pace piece of paradise

Very comfortable condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Condo is right on the beach with just a few steps to the beach. Condo is located towards the end of Topsail Island so not a whole lot, besides other houses/condos is nearby. Food Lion is only like 15 minutes away and was able to order my groceries online for pickup so that worked out well. Not alot of restaurant options so just know that. Kids enjoyed the pool very much as well as the beach. Nice relaxing stay. Getting the key out of the lockbox during check in was a bit of a puzzle but that could have just been us. lol

Excellent condo!

This condo is furnished very nicely with comfortable couches. The bedrooms even have matching furniture -- no thrift store mishmash -- and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. This unit has a lot of room for a 2 bedroom and the view is spectacular, especially early in the morning to watch the sun rise. The only negative comments are that there is an electrical outlet in the second bedroom that needs an outlet cover. The closet in that bedroom also has a lot of stuff - paint cans, used bucket, etc -- that is rather off putting. I really didn't want to hang clothes in it. I also left a bag of puppy chow for feeding the seagulls. We had a relaxing week and enjoyed eating at the House of Breakfast and Rick's in Sneeds Ferry. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo.

Spacious, gorgeous condo in a great location

The condo was very large compared to what we usually get for the price. It was gorgeous and very comfortable. I'm used to having to supply soap, toilet paper, etc. but they had most of that stuff there. That said, there was a lot of stuff in all of the cupboards, drawers and closets and too many knick knacks on every surface for my taste. The kitchen had a full junk drawer and only one completely empty cabinet. But we still had enough room to put our things away. It is managed by a company called Evolve. I messaged them when I couldn't locate an owner contact about the pool and they responded quite awhile later that it would be open. On the drive there however the owner said it wouldn't open until May 15th, which was too bad because we had a direct view of it and it looked great. Overall it was a fantastic stay. The beach felt fairly secluded. It was loaded with lots of gorgeous shells and our family collected over 700 shark teeth over the week.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I take all suggestions seriously in an effort to continue to make a great vacation experience. I have expressed my concern to the HOA about the middle May pool opening. Hopefully, they will take it into consideration next year!
