Weekend Getaway

Very beautiful location. Loved the condo. We have a beach rental in FL so im very picky about places I sray. Cond has a great view of the beach easy access to the beach. Beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen. Can't wait to go back.

On The Beach

Beautiful location right on the beach with the sound of waves a lovely background. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities and the king bed was quite comfortable. Our only suggestion would be more comfortable chairs for the table and living room. We would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy home away from home right on the ocean! Has everything you will need for up to 4 people. Owner is available and responsive for any questions/ concerns. Thankyou so much for allowing us to stay at your property! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach - Amazing View of the Ocean - Relaxing Vacation! Exactly what we were looking for!

My wife & I stayed for a week early Oct 2023 - the location: Surf Fishing from the beach & long walks on beach were exactly what we were looking forward to and that’s exactly what we received. The beach sand is just steps away from your door! Shopping was a short 20+ min drive which wasn’t too bad. We found a few good places to eat a short car ride away as well. The Baked Pizza shop was excellent! Great place with great value.

Everything was perfect

Amazing stay at this condominium. Property manager was easy to work with. Answered questions quickly. Entry to condo was very easy. I especially appreciated the property manager giving us exact directions to the condo and the room. Condo was very clean and was exactly as stated. They even offered plenty of books and games to play. Bedding and towels are wrapped up for you to open so you know everything is clean. They offered plenty of cookware, dishes, washing tablets/sponges etc. View was fantastic! I could sit out on the porch all day. Walk to the beach was steps away. Everything was clean. Pool was clean and relaxing. We went early September and it was still open. Playground was perfect for my five year old. Plenty to do. Very clean. They even have a little lending library. Look forward to our next visit.

We are thrilled to be hosting at the Topsail Dunes Villas! Topsail Dunes is an oceanfront and well-maintained condo association in North Topsail Beach. Aside from having three private beach accesses (building 3 also has ramp access to the beach), this property has a pool, playscape with a variety of outdoor activities for kids, and a covered picnic area with charcoal grills.
