Cannot beat the location or the views. Had an absolutely wonderful time. The house has everything you need to have a wonderful beach trip! Loved the convenience of everything.

Excellent condo. Everything was perfect. Great view of ocean and very comfortable unit. Beds were comfortable, condo was spotless, comfortable seating inside and out. Everything you need for a getaway weekend. We visited off season for a wedding so it was perfect. The one downside is that there is NO BEACH during high tide. The erosion is tremendous so this community is at risk. You could maybe sit on the beach for a few hours, but would need to go before the tide arrived.

Condo is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Condo was very clean! Ocean views were beautiful! Host is absolutely amazing and friendly and easy to communicate with.

This condo was a perfect place for our family to enjoy a week of relaxing at the beach! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what was needed to cook our meals and the ocean views from the balcony were better than we expected. We were also thrilled with the pool option for the week.

The condo was clean and comfortable. But the living room furniture was uncomfortable, especially the couch. It was old and had little support. I did not want to use the wifi, so I used my cellular plan on Verizon. Though this was not the fault of the owners, the cell service in the condo was very slow and sometimes even went to LTE. I know this has to do with cell towers, but I did not have this problem when I stayed at 2 other St. Regis condos previously.

Overall a good stay! The condo was nice, perfect location to the beach and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great and she was easy to work with. Not a fan of having to make my own beds or the large deposit that took over a month to be credited.

Thank you for the feedback and rating! We hope to host future stay(s). We have had guests asking for the beds not to be made so that they are aware of the mattress condition which is why we do not offer the beds to be made. We certainly will ask the staff to make the beds when requested if their schedules permit. There is an option for the insurance which is under $100 (I believe $59?) which is not refundable. VRBO sets the timing on the refund of deposits, therefore we are at the mercy of their business policies as far as that is concerned. Thank you again!

Great view of the beach and easy access to the beach. The coffee shop was excellent and Aarr Pirate Bar and Grill was good with a big menu. Staff for both were very friendly. High tide does take up the beach area so get out there before and plan your day. The place was clean and well stocked. Just not use to making own beds when we arrived but the linens were labeled and at least we knew they were clean since we put them on ourselves from the packagesParking was adequate during the holiday weekend. They are willing to give a parking pass if you have a visitor to your condo. Decor is a little dated. The big screen tv is super nice. Condo is right across from elevator so it was very convenient and had no problems noise at all. You will enjoy your stay !

The property was better than the pictures and the view of the beach and ocean was as well. Communication and check in was easy and seamless. Being able to use the luggage carts was great! The unit is directly across from the elevator but it was very quiet and never heard noise from it. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. The only hit hitch was a pipe under the sink leaked and we had to wait for a maintenance to come and fix it and lost a couple of hours. The response time was good. Other than that, everything was great. The complex had great amenities and it was nice having the argh bar and coffee shop as a convenience. Would definitely come back again.

Immaculately clean, fantastic view, well-stocked kitchen, great communication with the host. A spacious layout for my 13 year-old daughter and I for a long-weekend over her spring break. The curtains in both bedrooms are sheer, so if you are sensitive to morning light and would like the option to sleep in, consider bringing a sleep mask.

Property was exactly like pictures! Maybe even better! Bed’s were comfortable, kitchen had exactly what was needed. Restaurant on property was good and convenient. Communication with host was great! It was raining, tide was high, we were able to extend our checkout for a fee, which was totally appreciated since that was the sunniest day of our stay! Thank you! Sunny day on the beach tide was low and lots of room! Will definitely recommend and we will plan to return.

Wonderful Getaway Spot

Really great, clean condo with good community amenities with close proximity to the beach. This is our second time staying at St Regis, but by far this was a great unit. We would stay here again.
