While High Hammock Villas does not feature a private community pool, the nearby Lakehouse and Beach Club pools are available for our guests. Regarding golf carts, the complex's homeowners association strictly prohibits them, which is why they cannot be rented or parked at this specific location. We deeply regret the condition of the bedding, the back porch, and the refrigerator water line. We truly wish you had reached out to our on-island team during your trip, as we would have dispatched housekeeping and maintenance immediately to replace the linens, flush the water filter, and clean the patio so you could have enjoyed your vacation. Please know that we are taking this feedback very seriously; we have already conducted a deep clean of the exterior, replaced the necessary bedding, and serviced the refrigerator.
