Inside this single-story home, an open, expansive floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of natural light create an inviting atmosphere that beckons you to unwind and relax. The main living area features a crisp, white palette with accents of green and beautiful designer furnishings.
The heart of the home lies in its gourmet kitchen that is open to the expansive living area. For your morning routine, the kitchen features both a Keurig single-serve option and a standard coffee pot. The generous master suite occupies its own wing of the home, offering a secluded retreat. Best of all, club amenity card access is included with your stay at no extra cost, providing a phenomenal savings of $55 per day for your family. This property is pet-friendly, so your dogs are welcome to join the vacation.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a gate pass. A $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night to 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary. One gate pass is included with the reservation. Please note that the garage is strictly unavailable for vehicle parking or guest use.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation.
