768 Spinnaker Beach House is a fabulous home for your family vacation. Located just steps form Pelican Beach and a short walk to the Seabrook Island Club's championship golf courses, Beach Club pools, and fine restaurants, you will love how convenient it is to so many amenities. New owners have been adding their own touches in this pristine beach house.
This villa is on a quiet cul de sac across the street from Pelican Beach. Enter across the outdoor deck with a table for six and gas grill for barbecuing. In the home, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of windows framing a large oak tree greet you. Bright and welcoming, the living area has new furnishings. Watch your favorite shows or the big game on the Premium 75" wall mounted Samsung OLED TV. Step to the dining area where you can share stories from your day around the table for six. In both the living and dining areas the views of the mature Live Oak trees draped in moss can be seen from the floor to ceiling windows. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The remodeled kitchen features custom blue cabinets, a tile floor, stainless appliances, and a beverage cooler. A pantry, quartz counters, and well stocked cabinets make it easy to prepare meals. Down the hall is an updated full bath with a shower/tub. It sits convenient to the first floor bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and day bed allowing three to sleep comfortably. Sliding doors lead to the large sun deck.
Head upstairs to the master bedroom. This large retreat has a king bed, large wall mounted Smart TV, work desk with monitor, a sun deck, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has been completely remodeled and has a large glass enclosed walk-in shower. The separate vanity area has a granite topped cherry vanity. There is plenty of storage in the large closet. Catch some of the sun's rays or listen to the ocean while sipping your coffee and relaxing on this peaceful deck.
The main deck of the villa has a table for six. The perfect spot for dining under the stars! There is also a Weber gas grill for your use. The owners are also providing an assortment of sports equipment to be used while you visit!

Walk across the street to Pelican Beach to see the sky turn orange when the sun sets. If you prefer the beach, chairs and a beach wagon are provided for your use. Head down the road (less than .4 miles) to the Seabrook Island Club's golf courses, Beach Club pools, and dining at the Pelican's Nest or Bohicket Lounge/Palmetto Room. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
