Dieses schöne Ferienhaus verfügt über eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, und Sie haben ein tropisches, bewaldeten Blick auf Palmen und Eichen von der perfekt gelegen abgeschirmten Veranda genießen können. Wir lieben es, unseren Kaffee am Morgen haben und planen unsere Tage auf der Veranda. Die aktualisierte Küche verfügt über Granit-Arbeitsplatten und neue Schränke, ideal für Hausmannskost, und die Badezimmer wurden im November 2014 renoviert. Es wurde geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und mit einem neuen 50-Zoll-TV im Wohnzimmer. Es hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren besonderen Urlaub in Gang zu bringen werde. Gratis Wifi.

Wonderful stay. Host was amazingly helpful and responsive. The house was perfect for our family trip for spring break. Clean and well stocked with amenities and supplies. My daughter loved the games that came in handy on rainy day! Perfectly located to walk to the beach, the kayak launch and bike trails.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to cook and the location is close to the beach and felt very safe. Susie answered all my questions patiently before arrival and it was so well organized I didn’t need to ask anymore once we got there. Would defiantly rent again.

Relaxing. Close to beach and pool access.

Visited for a week with 2 teens. Easy access to the beach and pool was a blessing to keep them entertained. The unit is very well maintained. Susie was very communicative and provided all the information we needed up front we did not need to contact her at all. Very pleasant stay.

Perfect location!

Quaint neighborhood on Kiawah! This property is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, we used the nearby private beach described in the owners book! My husband and son loved fishing from the neighborhood dock! Would definitely visit again!

Great home base for getaway weekend

My group of friends came for an event and this was exactly what we needed. It gave us all enough space and it was very quiet. We loved the neighborhood, walkability, and option to get a bike though we didn’t this time. We would happily stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood with excellent biking

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is so quiet and there are bike paths everywhere. The pool and beach are a quick walk or bike away. Bring your own beach towels and beach/pool toys. None are provided at the home and you will definitely need them. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Kiawah Stay

Property manager was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. This is our second trip to Kiawah staying at Inlet Cove. The beach is a quick walk as well as the pool and inlet. Sunsets at the inlet should not be missed! We rented bikes for the week as well. No problems with Wi-Fi. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great cottage for families and with pool access!

We enjoyed our stay at this three bedroom cottage. It was nice to have access to the community pool and dock. It was never crowded during July 4th week. We highly recommend renting bikes from Alligator Bike Rentals. They were very nice bikes and we rode them everyday to the pool and on the very nice paved bike trails throughout the island. The beach is also just a short bike ride away.

Great little place in Inlet Cove

We've been coming to this end of Inlet Cove since the 1980's. It's still the same area, with the same types (though updated on the inside) of houses. We loved it! Easy to get to, tucked away at the entrance to the Island, a short shady walk to the beach and easy access to the General Store and Freshfields. What more could you ask for? We can't wait to get back already!

West Beach Hidden Gem

We’ve been coming to Kiawah for 30 years but have never stayed in Inlet Cove. This is a magical, peaceful area on the island with excellent access to the remote west beach and river. A quiet well maintained neighborhood with their own pool and a maginificent sunset dock and porch. Susie is a great owner - very responsive and easy to work with. We’ll be back.

78 Bellmeade Inlet Cove - Wonferful

If experiencing the quiet wonder of low tide strandfishing, wading through tidal pools to witness hermit crab antics, starfish and sand dollars is a must see and do on the point at Kiawah River - this location places you within the quickest reach. If you love pure, unadulterated, gorgeous sunsets over the marsh, this bungalow is prime. If you enjoy quick access to Freshfields, well, you get the point. Plenty of room. Very cozy and superb bike riding. We'll be back again. And again.

Great Spring Break Get Away on Kiawah Island

We had a wonderful time on Kiawah Island! The place was darling, updated and perfect for my husband and I and our 15 y/o daughter! Beach and pool were a short walk or bike ride away. Beach was beautiful. Pool was lovely and quiet!! ;) Susie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Don't forget to pack your beach chairs!!! Oops!! Tons of great restaurants nearby along w/ a wonderful shopping area - Freshfields! The grocery store there was awesome!! Charleston made for a fantastic day trip and only 45 minutes away!!! We'll be back for sure!!

Stay at Kiawah Island Rental Home

We had a wonderful stay at Kiawah Island. We had a few issues with this rental. We had uninvited guests, 5-6 big beetles visited us over the week we were there. Not sure if this is normal for this area or not but was not what we were expecting. We did not receive extra trash bags and requested them twice but they never arrived. Another T.V. in the 2nd bedroom would have been nice. The pool is a little bit far away for my like. The beach was close and if you figure it out you can drive to it past the guard house and around. The shopping center after the roundabout is close and very nice.

We are glad you had a good time on Kiawah. There are now TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms plus the living room. We do our very best to keep bugs outside the cottage. If guests happen to see any, we ask them to call us so we can send out our exterminator.

Look No Further

First of all, what distinguishes this place is the property manager. We have been coming to Kiawah and Inlet Cove for many years, but this is the first time we stayed in one of Susie's places. She is superb. And best of all, she is a Kiawah homeowner and has first hand knowledge of the properties and the area. It was such a pleasure to deal with Susie rather than a firm with a distant customer-service rep. The house is just as advertised and in the pictures. It was spotless upon arrival and is in a perfect location. You can hear the ocean from the house, and the beach is a short walk away. We loved walking to the beach as well as the river every day. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the house is well-decorated with a clean, uncluttered design. We would definitely rent this place again, and will always begin out search at kiawahbyowner.com

Great family vacation spot

First time Kiawah visitors and we will be back.This rental is exactly as the pictures suggest. Very comfortable and well maintained for our family of 4, 2 of these being teenagers. Bikes are a must have here and gave our teens the freedom to travel around safely. Inlet Cove community pool where this house is located seemed to be one of the bigger pools so an added bonus. Sunsets at this pool alone are worth the rental price! This house is also located within closer proximity to the Fresh Field shops versus other homes on the island. This made grocery store trips a breeze. Highly recommend this house. Only downside was we flew in and husband was bummed he could not bring his fishing gear. Possibly consider adding a line or 2 for those of us that travel from longer distances. Susie was a great help with all the details. A truly memorable family vacation. Thank you!

We are glad you had a wonderful vacation at this Inlet Cove Cottage. Kiawah Island is a great place for fishing. We are not able to provide fishing gear, but future guests can rent gear from the nearby Bohicket Marina.

Inlet Cove -- a Kiawah Gem!

This was my first time staying at Inlet Cove and my first experience renting from Susie. 78 Inlet Cove fit our family perfectly. There was plenty of space all on one level, which was important with a 1-yr old granddaughter--no need to block off a staircase! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, which made eating in with a toddler easy. We even did a low country boil one evening and invited some relatives staying on another part of the island. I had to do a little work while there, and there was a desk and chair that was perfect for setting up my computer. The drive under parking was also a wonderful feature. There was room for two cars to be covered and another two cars would fit in the driveway. It is nice to have a place to leave your beach gear. There was also a hose and water hookup to wash the sand off. We were just a few houses from the beach path and the beach was an easy walk or bike ride. We used our beach wagon to pull our gear through Beachwalker Park, which is just next door. Another big plus about Inlet Cove is the community pool. We had only stayed once at a place with resort privileges and while fun, the pool wasn't very convenient. The Inlet Cove pool was an easy walk and is in a beautiful location overlooking the river. Surrounded by trees, there is shade on parts of the deck and the pool. There is a large screened-in room and an open deck with lots of chairs, even rockers, which was a great place to relax and read. Renting from Susie was perhaps the biggest win of the week. From the first contact, I felt like she was a friend who was truly interested in making sure we had a perfect vacation. I did contact her upon arrival with a couple of questions and she was very quick to respond. She will definitely be my go-to person for future visits! We can't wait to come again!

We purchased our cottage on Kiawah Island in summer of 2005, and I began renting it on VRBO during the weeks we were not able to enjoy Kiawah ourselves. In 2007, a friend on nearby Seabrook Island asked me if I would help her rent her villa also.
