You will love this completely updated, airy villa with a vibrant, coastal interior, screened porch and open decks. The Live Oak Villas are situated on a cul de sac surrounded by majestic live oak tress and backing to Seabrook Islands' Crooked Oaks Golf Course.
The living room features vaulted ceilings with windows that light up the room! Plenty of cozy seating is arranged to maximize comfort with a wall mounted 55" HDTV over the fireplace including cable and Netflix. (Please note, due to liability issues the fireplace is not available for use). Sliding doors lead out to the delightful screened porch with views of the sparkling neighborhood pool. Cushioned furniture provides an enjoyable place to relax and enjoy the day.
The well stocked, updated kitchen is striking. Highlights include white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and ocean blue backsplash.
The dining room area seats 6 with sliding door access to a covered open deck with café table and 2 chairs. There is also a propane grill available for your favorite BBQ recipes.
The master bedroom on the 2nd level is serene with coastal blue hues, king bed and updated en suite bath with tub/shower combination and separate vanity area. There is a 43" HDTV with Roku and Netflix. Sliding doors lead to a private covered deck with cushioned outdoor seating.
The 2nd level guest room is done in soothing neutrals and also features a king bed, 43" HDTV with Roku and en suite bath. The bathroom is updated with separate vanity area and tub/shower combination. There is also a new full size washer and a new full size dryer on this level.
The 3rd bedroom is located on the 1st level with updated hall access bath. This pleasant room features a twin over queen bunk bed. A Chair that converts to a 30 x 75 in bed, which can hold up to 300 lbs has been added if additional sleep area is needed. There is another additional 43" HDTV with Roku as well as board games for your enjoyment.
Just a short bike ride, (.9 mile), will have you walking the beach searching for shells. A little further and you can grab lunch at the Pelicans Nest outdoor restaurant or splurge on ice cream at the Osprey Cafe, (open seasonally). This villa has it all - it just needs YOU!
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
This property includes access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
