Diese Wohnung ist luxuriös ausgestattet mit WLAN, schönen Möbeln und einem Außenbalkongrill. Sehen und hören Sie die Wellen des Ozeans, während Sie auf dem Panorama-Balkon im zweiten Stock Kaffee trinken. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 mit neuen Granit-Küchenarbeitsplatten und voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner renoviert. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag am Strand können Sie entweder im Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett entspannen oder im Wohnzimmer entspannen. Das Gästezimmer hat viel Platz mit einem Queen-Size-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer (Krähennest) verfügt über 4 Einzelbetten für alle Größen.

Clean, nice stay!

This property was very clean. We had children and adults and there was plenty of room for us all. The pool at this place is fantastic and was so clean! We would stay here again.

Awesome stay at the beach

Loved everything there… the unit, the pool, the beach, the historic trips to the fort, to the town and to the fountain of youth… A small advise for the owner to add to the unit: a step stool for kids and a hair dryer… Other than that everything was perfect… Thanks.

Loved our time here!

Renting this property was a great decision. So glad we stayed here. Thank you for listing this property on vrbo. There were 9 of us, and plenty of room. We used the pool, indoor pool, and beach access. Everything was clean and there were plenty of dishes & linens. We would love to come back one day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex was very nice. We were disappointed in the condition of the condo. It is ran down and needs to be updated. We were told it was older with furniture etc and that’s fine especially for the discounted price we paid but the condo itself had issues. It needs repairs. That being said it was a very nice complex and staff was friendly. Parking needs to be monitored as people who weren’t even displaying passes were parked in zones that were marked for blue tags. They did have security and maintenance around mostly all the time but nothing was being done about the parking. Pool and beach are beautiful and private. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. Probably not this particular unit.

The unit is a little dated on a couple of things but the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for what we wanted. It was a five minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk to the pool. The amenities were pretty decent as well. Played racquetball basketball, and my family used the gym.The only drawback was the leaking of water into the shower from above, which wasn’t anyone’s fault, per se. The response from the help was awesome. The only detractors I would say is the kitchen could be better stocked zero condiments like salt and pepper, no dish soap.

I had my Apple AirPods Pro but never took them out of the room. When we arrived I couldn’t find them so I used find my device to locate them, it was located at 40 Russell Dr., Palm Coast FL 32164. I called the front desk of my findings but I was told that if an employee had found the AirPods they would have turn them over at the front desk or risk being fired. She said no employee lives in Palm Coast. So somehow someone got in the room and stole them, I wonder what key they used. Anyways I already reported them lost/stolen so Apple will disable them.

Even the office staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately, our unit had unsatisfactory bathrooms. Mold covered the grout, faucets, air vents, etc. I was fine that the unit was not updated, but the bathrooms really need some work. Master bedroom carpet needs to be replaced.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the furniture and carpeting and the hall in the ceiling of the second bathroom with wallboard dropping on the floor. This is the only unit that I have been disappointed in and all those years. The furniture was so old that I saw the imprint of peoples dirt on the chair. I was embarrassed as my friends came all the way from New York and Arizona to enjoy this week with me.

Florida family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay in this unit was very pleasant. The unit was overall clean and well equipped. Let’s start with the pros of the unit. Check in was very easy. The Master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was direct access from this room to the balcony (more on this in a minute). The master bathroom was also spacious and had a large jetted tub. The kitchen had lots of lots and pans as well as a blender and various other useful items. There was a washer and dryer which is very nice to have. The dining and living room area had a good amount of seating and there was a pull out bed in the one couch. The second bedroom had plenty of room and dressers for storage. The balcony was huge with plenty of room for hanging out and there was extra seating stacked up in the corner if needed. The view from the balcony was great. There is a direct view of the pool and you can see the ocean as well. Now for the cons. These are very minimal but I feel they should be noted and could help someone in the future. Parking is kind of rough. Even with having the blue pass for close parking it is still hard to find a space at times. The walk to the beach from this unit is a bit lengthy especially when carrying lots of things for the beach ( there is beach access nearby to drive on the beach). There is only one elevator. The bunk bedroom in the unit is much smaller than it appears. Or perhaps just smaller than I imagined. It’s more like a closet with 4 bunk beds and 2 drawers underneath. It is definitely functional but not what I expected. The tv in the living room wasn’t working when we arrived. It was fixed for us on Monday. The patio door in the master bedroom would not open. No one ever came to fix it during the stay. Overall the stay was nice everyone enjoyed the pools and the beach even if the seashells in this area are very limited.

Ron, We are glad you enjoyed your stay. You did stay with us during peak season where the condos are fully sold out so yes, parking is limited. We guarantee a pass but we cannot guarantee a spot closer to the buildings. Thankfully we have two large parking lots near the front of the property. The "Crow's Nest" room is smaller, but it is a perfect room for kids! We are glad we were able to fix the TV for you and we will communicate with maintenance regarding the sliding glass door from the master. Great Colony Reef Stay

Loved everything about this place!

Perfect for our sisters/girls long weekend! Loved the beach, pool and how clean the place was. The bunk beds were very comfortable for adults to sleep in!! Would stay again!
