Hi Karl, I'm sorry the condo wasn't up to your standards. This condo is listed as a Silver rated condo which is noted in the description, meaning some of the decor and upgrades are not up to date. This condo along with all of our condos are always stocked with linens and towels. We are happy to provide you with additional towels if you need them during your stay. This condo is also stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans and anything you would need to cook your family meals during your stay. Next time please call the office if you can't find a specific item in the kitchen and we are happy to assist! The entire property is sprayed regularly for pests, and we are able to send a technician over if you happen to spot one. We always remind guests to keep the sliding glass doors closed that are leading to the ocean to keep those Florida pests out. Thank you for bringing the TV damage to our attention as we have sent over our Maintenance technician to fix the issue, and now the TV is working fine. Callie, I am so sorry the condo was not up to Colony Reef standard when you arrived. As you were told we did have a sold out Spring and Summer with extremely high use of all our condos, but the items you mentioned should have been addressed by our cleaner prior to your arrival. We are always available to be reached via our after hours number and would have been happy to send the cleaner back to address the cleaning concerns. Britney, We apologize for the state of the condo. The owner of this condo has purchased new couches for the living room and is installing new flooring. We want to ensure that we did not say this was a "bottom of the barrel" condo but rather that it is a silver condo and per the description stated that the furniture, décor, and other items around the condo have not been updated in 7+ years. Additionally, many of the items you listed regarding the outdoors amenities are currently under renovation. We had the busiest spring season we have ever experienced and are now making the necessary repairs to the pools and pool furniture to prepare for the equally upcoming summer season. While the outdoor pool is not heated, we do have an indoor pool that is heated. Thank you, Colony Reef Club Reservation Team

Hi Stephanie, Your concern about a beach ramp is very relevant! The good news is our Board of Directors approved for a ramp to be built, so that project is happening Fall 2021! You can imagine with COVID and getting the proper building materials, we were not able to get the project done over the summer. We are very excited and can't wait for our guests to be able to have easier access to the beach. Next time you stay with us (now that we'll have a beach ramp) I would recommend a Gold rated condo as those condos are newly renovated. We did address your maintenance concerns in 3201 with our team, so those items will get taken care of for the future guests. Thanks, Natalie D.
