This condo is tastefully decorated throughout and is perfect for a family wanting easy access to the outdoor pool and beach boardwalk! With modern living room furniture, your family will able to gather all together to enjoy a movie on the new flat screen TV or watch the sunrise early in the morning! The kitchen is fully stocked for a stay of any length with granite countertops! It is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The master has a king size bed with a private bathroom and a walk in shower! The guest bedroom has a queen and there are two twin beds in the third, smaller bedroom we like to call the "Crow's Nest."

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquetball court, and a dry sauna.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
