Diese Einheit wurde komplett renoviert und mit neuen Badezimmern und Armaturen renoviert! Es hat einen Blick auf den Ozean von Ihrem eigenen Balkon mit einem König im Schlafzimmer, eine Königin und Einzelbett im Zimmer und ein Ausziehbett, das zwei in dem kleineren dritten Schlafzimmer als "Krähennest" bekannt ist. Freuen Sie sich auf den riesigen Außenpool am Strand, den Whirlpool und das Kinderbecken, den Innenpool, die Sauna, die Tennispl��tze und den Health Club. Große Restaurants mit zu Fuß oder eine Autofahrt in die Stadt St. Augustinus.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful at 3301! This was our first time staying at the Colony Reef. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It was lovely. The layout was perfect for our family of four, plus our grandmother. The furniture was cozy and the balcony view was great. The only suggestions I would make- perhaps a new mattress or mattress topper for the Master, as it was quite uncomfortable. The property management was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the refrigerator. They had their maintenance man out ASAP. The complex was just right, not too big or overcrowded. The clubhouse was a hit with our kids, and the pool was never overly crowded. Location is close to everything and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay with family, indoor pool was a hit on rough days of weather. Location was perfect. Loved the quiet of the complex. Steps away from the beach. I had lost my key one night after going to dinner and had a whole car load of groceries, the front desk answered my call of distress after hours on a Saturday night because i could not get in and I just knew the groceries were going to spoil, but they immediately at 9 pm on a Saturday got me back in our condo and saved the day (thanks to them 🙏). I would definitely stay here again.

Great views

We loved the view of the ocean from our room. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. The unit was clean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but not too bad. There wasn’t a toaster, but there was a toaster oven. Beach access was easy and the pools were clean. We would stay here again.

February Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in St. Augustine. The condo was clean, the balcony has a great view and the pool/hot tub area was wonderful. There is a walkway right out to the beach that is just behind the pool. It is an easy 20 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine with the Fountain of Youth and the Florida Man Games! We got in late the first night so the property manager called us with the gate code and a locker code to get our key. They have everything taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying here. First time in 3301. King bed was uncomfortable, queen sheet on a king bed, lighting throughout is not good. Dryer is on its last leg, takes 2-3 times to dry a load, especially towels. Dryer makes awful squeaking noise when in use. Wish there was a bigger table on balcony to eat there. View is awesome, location is awesome, pool is huge and never over crowded. Property is clean and never had any safety concerns or issues. Will definitely stay again but not in 3301 unless upgrades are done.

Spring 2022 Visit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is dated, but kept in good working order. The unit itself has a wonderful view, but is getting a bit dated and needs a good cleaning (rugs, trim). The washer/dryer need replacement. The master bed and linens need replacement. The a/c worked great! Much is provided in silverware, dishes and cookware; but no condiments exist. Later checkout would be appreciated if nobody is checking in the same day. The new walkway to the beach is great! The beach chairs in the unit are lacking - rent from a local company.

It was well equipped and comfortable, and the Colony Reef staff is extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. I've stayed at Colony Reef several times and been very happy there. There was one thing that was not as described (the trundle bed is just a twin, no second mattress), and there were a few minor maintenance issues that surprised us. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

A bit disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third year staying at Colony Reef. My first two stays were very good experiences. This stay was somewhat disappointing in that my unit was classified as a GOLD unit however, the coffee pot did not work and the Keurig was temperamental. The unit was not cleaned very well before arriving as I hoped given we are dealing with COVID, the porch was not cleaned or swept. The sliding glass doors had not been cleaned and my husband saw a roach in the Master Bath. This made me concerned the cleaners were not very thorough. The lawn maintenance is always well done and the pool was clean. There were some tables without umbrellas which is not typical. Considering the fact I paid $600 more this year than last year, I expected a better, cleaner unit than before. The cable has not been updated in the unit as I understand is available to the owners to do for their guests. I had a maintenance issue after hours and my only option was to send an email and wait for them to follow up. The issue resolved itself but had it been an urgent issue, I'm not sure what my options would have been given they never responded to my email. A bit disappointed this year.

Unit was quite comfortable and roomy. Property very well maintained and any issues were handled immediately. Great location - close to stores and restaurants but away from the crowds and traffic. Lots of places to hike, visit historical sites and view wildlife.

Our condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The view from our condo is awesome. We were able to use the exercise room, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub as well as many days on the beach. The new walkway over the dunes is very well done. We love the beach most of all. We are planning on staying at Colony Reef club every year.
