Explore local attractions, dine together at nearby restaurants. Take advantage of the 2 pools within the complex. No need to bring anything, condo is equipped with everything you can think of. From beach chairs and toys, to boogie boards and towels. You name it we have it. Coffee Maker (for larger groups there is a Coffee Urn.)Spend time on the outside balcony looking out to the lagoon pool. If you want to stay in and cook there is an outdoor electric bbq. If you are looking to cook on a coal fired bbq you will have access to the one at the gazebo. The gazebo can also be rented for family gathers with advance notice.

Close to the Beach and Great for Families

The unit was nestled in between 2 great pools and was a short walk to the beach. It was a great location and close to all the great beach restaurants! Will stay here again!

Great Place!

Great family friendly condo with lots of accommodation for a big family. The condo was clean and well equipped for an easy vacation. The owner was very friendly, easy to contact, and very hospitable. We will definitely come back here again!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was so clean and stocked with everything we needed! It was also quite comfortable from the living room to the bedrooms. My daughter really loved the 3 minute walk to the beach since we had a couple days of warm weather. Our host, Doreen, was easy to get ahold of and gave us exact information as to how and when to check in, and things to do to enjoy our stay more. It was just the two of us, so we enjoyed the extra space it has for a larger family. I recomnend this place for your next stay in St. Augustine, we will be going back here again in the near future, my daughter says!

Family Vacation

The location was great and the condo was clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and then come back and get in the pool, it was awesome!

Great Place

Condo was lovely. Great location with two pools and beach access. Condo was close to restaurants and grocery store. All amenities were provided. The living space was clean and spacious for family gathering. Beach was beautiful!

We had the best time at this property! It has everything you need in the kitchen, washer/ dryer, coolers! The owner is so sweet and accommodating. She thought of every detail. The pools are beautiful and clean. We will be back!

Felt like home. The place was just as described. So many extras, loved being able to use cleaning tools throughout the stay. View from balcony over looking the pool was perfect and hearing the waterfall was a nice bonus. We really don’t have anything bad to say.

Great Place very accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely perfect and the owner has everything you could possibly need in the condo. She was also very responsive when we had some minor issues. I would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again soon!

Great property!

This truly is like your second home. Anything you could possibly need will be there. The location is great. We enjoyed the beach and the heated pool. There are plenty restaurants nearby and a grocery store is a short drive down the road. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

7 people with plenty of room within condo and convenience of pool and beach for activities near condo. Clean, ample beach/pool supplies provided making each beach day enjoyable to the fullest. Owner was amazing with communication. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great Location!

The condo was perfect for my family of 8. They had everything you could need for the beach. The beds were comfortable. The couch was big enough for a big family. The parking spots were a made for small vehicles. You will need to bring a baking sheet, if you want to cook cookies or cinnamon rolls.We will book again in the future and recommend any one to book here!

Great location close to every thing

We have stayed in this condo for many years. We love the size and the location of the unit having the bunkbeds in the third bedroom is helpful. It overlook the pool so you can see your family. The balcony is quite large. The beach is great and 2 pools are very nice.

Great Place

We had a great five days at your property. The walk to both pools and the beach is very short and easy. The condo has everything you could need. The use of the beach chairs and cart were great. Parking can be an issue - I am glad we carpooled and only brought one car. The master bed and bath could use some updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great location

We loved this place for our teenagers for spring break , they had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and waves . Place had a cute coastal vibe , decorated very cute . The dryer has some issues and took 3 times to dry clothes and towels, the water is hell water hot so If you have little ones be very careful you can definitely get burned . Otherwise , the sunrise every morning was beautiful, we love the walk out to the water and how the place was not packed . We are looking to book again this summer . We enjoyed it that much and we don’t usually stay in one place multiple times .

Good location on Beach

Plenty of inside space and patio overlooking the pool lagoon is a very good place for sun, eating. Kitchen appliances need some updating along with the exterior laundry equipment. Closets, shelves, and cabinets messy with too much clutter and owner items. Slider doors need replacement too. Overall, good stay. Television in main room older with low quality picture. Owner was responsive.

Our stay was beyond fabulous. The reviews were spot on! This was the most well stocked and supplied condo that we have ever stayed in our 15 years of coming to St Augustine Beach. We have been to multiple places and this hands down wins the top spot for having EVERYTHING we could think of and we didn’t need to bring a thing. Just like Doreen said! The unit was very clean, sheets were top tier. Super soft! We came down with our 14 year old daughter and her best friend and her parents. There was adequate room for all. No complaints and we hope to come again. The only reason we might not stay again is that I can’t leave my dog again. lol. Would recommend 10/10
