The sunrises alone were worth booking this property. Unbelievable view from the large primary bedroom was the highlight but everything else about this condo was good, also. The place was clean, updated, good amenities in the complex, easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, we were thrilled that we rented this condo. There was plenty of space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony had the best view of the sunrise and the beach. It was perfect and we will definitely be back.

We had a great long weekend at the beach! Granddaughters first beach trip. Elevator and carts make unpacking very easy. Easy access to beach! Went to Commanders twice for seafood boil, drunken clams and Dungeness crab! Sunrise on one side, sunset on the other. Highly recommend this unit! Place looks just like photos. Hope to return soon! Perfect weekend!

If I could book this condo again next year for this time, I would - and just might if I can get a confirmation from my grandchildren that they could repeat this trip! Truly - one of the nicest, cleanest, most conveniently and beautifully located I've ever stayed - and I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals. This beach has become one of, if not our favorite beaches - and again...I've visited many many beaches. Thank you for sharing your space with us. Memories were made with our 3 lovely granddaughters and our daughter. We all thought everything was perfect!

Everything about the unit and grounds were very nice. Great beach, pool, and a v. short walk with your hands full. One umbrella was broken when we arrived and they gladly dropped off a new one. Plenty of chairs and towels. Huge master suite and the other two rooms were good sized with nice beds. The balcony and view are fantastic! The building was not crowded in the slightest, so it was never difficult to get the elevator, find a luggage cart, and they even have grocery carts to transfer stuff from car to room. The couches were a bit small to get comfy on for 5 people for a movie and you can’t really stretch out on one - that’s the only thing I wish was a bit different. Thank you for a great vacation, we will be back!

We rented the property for the view and it did not disappoint. There were a couple of maintenance issues we contacted the host about and they were quick to take care of it. It was a bit of a distance from the center of St. Augustine, but was an easy drive. The furniture was not very comfortable and the balcony furniture didn't have cushions - the beds were ok (minor things). All in all it was a great experience, I would stay there again, the view was amazing, and you are steps from the beach.

From the covered parking to the magnificent views, everything was perfect. The unit was spacious and clean, kitchen well stocked and supplied, beach chairs were a plus. The fridge even had ice in the tray so we didn’t miss “cocktail hour”! This is a great place to stay, we hope to revisit next year!

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect! Right on the beach, magical views of the ocean, quite peaceful town. Very clean condo, spacious, had everything you needed including items for the beach. Will absolutely book again!
