Great stay at It's Happy Hour

Amazing house~great location! Our group of friends loved this house, where we celebrated a BIG birthday. Would highly recommend. Wonderful weekend in Seaside!

Wonderful!

This was our first time in Seaside and we were so pleased with this house! Its central location was just perfect! There were a few housekeeping issues (but that’s the fault of the property mgmt company, not the house owner, and they wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.)

It’s Happy Hour

Location was perfect. Working with Sandpiper was excellent. House pretty clean, but is in need of an update especially the kitchen. The kitchen is in need of more utensils too. Thanks, we had a great time!

Wonderful!

The home was perfect for some of our family members to stay in during my niece’s wedding weekend. With the Chapel conveniently located next door others joined us for a pre-wedding cocktail and the one minute walk to the ceremony. The location of the home is excellent for walking all around Seaside and all of the beds and furnishings were comfortable for lounging and sleeping after four hours of dancing at the reception. Everything we needed was included and the water pressure in all of the showers was excellent. Don’t hesitate on booking this home! I wish I could stay a month there.

Great family house!!

This was my 5th time staying at It's Happy Hour and I will continue to come back! The house is so convenient to stores, restaurants, the playground and tennis courts/pool area. My kids love the lawn in front of the chapel to play all sorts of sports. The house itself is clean and fresh, with a great view from the tower. We had kids there of all different ages and there were plenty of places for everyone to have their own space. Loved having the bikes provided too! This is a perfect house for one or multiple families or a group of girlfriends.

Spring Break

Sandpiper rental makes everything very convenient with there app and they are quick to respond to any request. Happy Hour was an absolute delight! It’s clean, cozy, has all the comforts of home, big TV’s, comfortable beds and amazing views! We saw a wedding at the chapel next door...beautiful! The house easily accommodated 2 adults and five 18yr old kids. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We all had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Great Location

This property was a great location--right beside the church and a very short walk to Great Southern and the hub of town & beach. Perfect for my family of 4 plus girlfriends!

Perfect location

This house is the perfection location in Seaside. Next to the Chapel, straight through the artists walk and you are in the center of town. But you are off the main square so quiet and peaceful. The decks are great and the roof top tower is the perfect location for sunset. The entire house is inviting and comfortable. We will stay here again.

Wonderful House to relax and get away!

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It is close to the beach and stores. All the listing descriptions and pictures are accurate (even more beautiful in person). It was really clean. We would recommend this place to all our friends and family and we hope to return again soon!

Best Beach Vacation for Girls Weekend or Family Time!

I highly recommend this property! I have stayed here on two different occasions and both times it was an excellent experience. The decor is warm and inviting - very beachy. The house is clean and well maintained. The layout is perfect with so many porches and balconies and great common areas but private areas too. The short walk into town was great for walking around, shopping, getting something to eat or just going to the beach. We rode our bikes to Rosemary Beach which was a fantastic day!. A nice flat hour bike ride with so much to do. I will definitely be coming back to "It's Happy Hour" again and again!!

June 2016 Stay

Our first experience in Seaside was a hit! Two adults and four teenagers stayed in Its Happy Hour and we all thought it was great! We love the outdoor spaces (porches and tower), updated appliances, comfortable furniture and darling beach decor. The location was fabulous! Such a short distance to the center of town where we picked up whatever we needed at the Market or crossed 30a to the powder white beach. So glad we stayed here!

Great Girls Getaway! GREAT, happy home.

This lovely home has everything you could ask for! Plenty of space to relax, escape and entertain. The decor is beachy and very tasteful and has a very happy "vibe." I absolutely love this home's location, it is PERFECTLY placed. So much so that I have been back 5 times and have enjoyed getting to know Gulf vacation living! You are steps away from adorable boutiques, restaurants and a 5 minute easy walk to the pristine beach. Despite its super convenient location, it is also a very peaceful setting . The two traditional decks and roof top deck are the best way to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with friends after a day at the beach! I think you will love making "It's Happy Hour" a vacation tradition!

GRAND PLACE

Wonderful house straight short walk to stores and beach. Right next to chapel with beautiful grass area for kids to play! Bikes for everyone all sizes. Very spacious for everyone to have their own private nook. Very High crows nest with a great view and for star gazing at night, Glad we chose this one never got lost just look for the chapel. I would recommend this house for anyone. Great house to use if getting Married in the chapel....
