Diese renovierte Wohnanlage liegt ideal über dem Cerulean Park von WaterColor und nur einen Block nördlich der perlweißen Küste der unberührten Smaragdküste. Sie ist sowohl leger als auch schick. Die Gäste befinden sich nur 300 Schritte vom WaterColor Inn and Resort entfernt. Die charmante Stadt am Meer, bekannt für seine kitschig Häuser, Outdoor Film und Konzertveranstaltungen, noblen Boutiquen und verschiedenen Restaurants, ist nur ein Fahrradfahrt entfernt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Whirlpool sowie ein Gästezimmer mit Queensize-Bett und ein komplettes Badezimmer (sowie eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und einen Trockner). Der aktualisierte Wohnraum verfügt über ein bequemes Queen-Schlafsofa und einen 50-Zoll-TV. Sie öffnen sich auf eine Veranda mit Blick auf den Teich und den Park und speisen im Freien unter den Sternen. Die komplett eingerichtete Küche macht die Unterhaltung mit einem elektrischen Weinöffner einfach. Ein lokaler Künstler aus 30 Jahren fertigte die verzinkten Beistelltische an.

Great Watercolor Condo

Overall great property and good setup for a family or two couples. Location is great for beach club and 30A. Master bathroom is disappointing, needs updating but do-able for a stay. Has all you need for a beach vacation. Elevator in building is a great bonus.

Nice place but…

Middle floor of a three story building. Heard heavy loud walking/footsteps from occupied unit above throughout our stay. I read about it in another review but didn’t really think too much about it until we experienced the same thing. Beautiful unit, great location and experienced host.

Park Place

Our stay at Park Place was wonderful and we intend to book on our next trip to 30A! The condo is spacious for multiple families and has a nice full kitchen and dining room for entertaining. The outdoor patios (one screened-in) were a major hit with our family. The unit is very convenient to multiple pools, the beach, and many different restaurants. Seaside is a short stroll (~10mins) and a nice place for families in the evenings. We hardly noticed any noise above as mentioned in other reviews and felt that it was no different than other units we have stayed in. Park Place certainly added to the enjoyment of our trip and the communication from management was timely and informative.

We loved having the bicycles there to use, and it was convenient to get to local shops, restaurants, and race activities. We did not use our car the whole time!! The condo was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The management and owners were great to work with-could not ask for better service!!! We were very pleased with this place and will return to the beach soon!!!

A 5 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful with tremendous sunsets. We rode our bikes to shops, parks and restaurants. Oversee was a pleasure to deal with. We are definitely going back to Park Place ifor future vacations.

Great location overlooking the park and a five minute walk to either the beach or the trail system. I was concerned there may be some road noise from 30a, but couldn’t hear any inside. You will hear your neighbors in the condo above, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The condo has been beautifully updated and all the furniture is decent quality. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped with good quality appliances. We loved the balcony and the screened in porch!The management company was very easy to deal with and was very responsive.

The master was fine. The 2nd bedroom was so small that the TV is hung from the ceiling. very uncomfortable to watch from in bed. no furniture to unpack your clothes. Living room furniture so uncomfortable you couldn't even lie on the couch to read a book. Pullout couch as a bed was miserable.

Family Fun

Salty Escape was a much needed getaway. The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location to enjoy Camp Watercolor plus all the other amenities. Nicole the owner was helpful and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Salty Escape for the win!
