2024 Beach Vacay
Great neighborhood, access to the beach was fabulous, and we loved getting in the pool both before and after beach. It was very quiet but a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping and frozen yogurt. We ate out and grilled at the house so we could watch the Olympics. Next time-2weeks❤️

Great Location, loved the back porch and pool.
Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Used the golfcart and bikes almost daily. The house over all was nice but could use a kitchen refresh as far as cook ware and items needed for daily use. Family room furniture could also be updated. Manager responded timely to an issue when we arrived. Beds/bedrooms were great.

Favorite place to stay!
We stay in this area twice a year and this has been my favorite house yet! The house is spacious, clean, has awesome amenities…I can’t say enough good things about the house. The pool is great (we love that it’s heated) and the golf cart was really nice. The parking is just a little tight but we had 2 Yukon XL’s and were able to park both in the driveway. No complaints over anything. My entire family agreed this has been the best house yet and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Hop, skip and a jump to so much 30A has to offer
We vacationed in Two Scoops from Apr 5-12, 2025. This house is advertised as a 3 bedroom, but actually has 4 ( one small bunk room with a bathroom right outside its door). It also has a loft with a double futon. This loft is on the 3rd floor and would need to use a bathroom shared by the queen and king room on the second floor. We enjoyed our stay here and Scott is quick to respond anytime we had questions or concerns. Highlights:1- Proximity to the grocery store, seaside and sea grove. 2- The golf cart was fun to drive around those areas, and convenient to take our things to the beach. (Note: there are two public beach accesses very close to the house. These two do not have parking for the golf cart. We would drop off our things and have someone drive it back to the house and bring a bike back That worked quite well and because there isn’t parking at these two locations, the beach was not packed. There are two public beaches with parking within a couple minute drive on the cart if you prefer that convenience. These areas appeared to have a lot more people on the beach. )3- The screened in pool - and the ability to heat it to our desired temp without extra charges. The screen kept the pool clean the whole time!4- The screened in porch with swings 5- beach chairs being provided6- bikes being provided 7- well equipped kitchen The golf cart is electric and the seatbelts need some attention. Hopefully, Scott can take care of this for future renters

Perfect vacation home
Two Scoops couldn't have been a better vacation home! Our kids wanted to live there and no one wanted to go home. Everything we needed, whether for the kitchen, bed or bath was supplied. The golf cart and bikes were fun to have to get around and our reserved beach chairs were a bonus! The house was very clean, bright and cheery and everything was in working order. Having a pool at the end of a long day at the beach was nice too! It was close to the beach and area shopping. We would certainly reserve Two Scoops again.

Great time
The interior of the home was very nice. The exterior outside the pool area could have been better cleaned. The old, beat pool floaties and toys should be tossed. Extra pillows and sheets and blankets would have been nice. The kitchen was lovely, but was lacking in some basic food preparation areas. That could just be us, because we enjoy cooking some of our meals. Even though it rained, we enjoyed hanging out at the house and playing games with the grandkids. The pool was awesome after spending the day at the very nearby beach. The golf cart was very handy to tool around in. All and all, it was a lovely stay.

A GEM!
The description of the property and it's location were accurate. This home is truly a gem! The bright, cheery kitchen had wonderful appliances & well equipped for cooking all the wonderful seafood available from close by markets.
The neighborhood was private, quiet. The home was truly clean as was the heated pool. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were wonderful.
It's a short walk to the easily accessible beach. Having bikes and a golf cart was icing on the cake! The host has truly thought of everything!
We're definitely thinking of returning here!

Finally the perfect place!
We've been vacationing in the Destin/30A area for the past 10 years and had yet to find the place that was perfect for the entire family until this year. The spacious home, layout and location was exactly what we needed. Kitchen was large and well supplied. The second fridge was a nice bonus! The living area next the the covered pool and kitchen was so convenient. The garage was large enough to park our Tahoe plus the owner supplied GEM cart. The master bath and bedroom was really too big (but my wife loved it). The owner was easy to deal with and resolved a couple of small issues within a day which was super impressive and appreciated.
All in all the perfect place for us. Will be looking forward to coming back to this spot or one of the owners other properties.

Great Neighborhood
The house was very nice and in a great neighborhood close to the beach. It was also great to have the pool. Golf cart was really handy to have, and the kids loved it.
It would have been nice if the kitchen had some nicer pots & pans and better knives.
I wish the bunk beds were upstairs and the double bed downstairs. That way if adults sleep in that double bed they could have their own bathroom. Plus, the younger kids could be by their parents' upstairs. We wouldn't let them sleep down there alone because of the pool. So, they have to sleep on the floor or mom, or dad had to sleep downstairs on the bunkbeds.
Overall, it worked out great for us.

Beautiful House in a Great Location
We enjoyed our stay at Two Scoops so much. The house is lovely--beautiful just as the pictures show and in a really great location. The beach is a less than five minute walk away. Seaside is a mile away. We were able to do some excursions in Destin and Grayton Beach with a short car ride. The golf cart is very handy. There is a Publix a mile away and many restaurants close (in both directions on 30A), so it was great for those things. There are plenty of beach and pool toys, and also many bikes. The only issue we ran into was that my 9 year old couldn't ride any of the bikes as they're all adult sized. She's very tall, and rides a smaller adult bike at home, but the bikes were all still just a tad too big for her. That's not a fault of the house though. The pool was a perfect size for our group of 6. The two kids spent so much time out there. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Nice place, good location
We had a nice stay. The location is great, incredibly close to beach. Very convenient that the rental includes 4 beach chairs that are set up for you. It's fun to have your own pool after a day at the beach. It was also very clean. There are lot's of TVs, if you like TVs on vacation. We didn't bring a dog, but the house is very dog friendly. And it doesn't look like it's had a lot of pets there.
Drawbacks: No one sent us code to get in on arrival; it's starting to show use on some of the items (pans), outside chairs, etc, master bed was a tad hard and didn't have a protective mattress cover. While we were there, we used the bikes for 20 minutes, and unfortunately they were stolen and we ended up having to pay for them. (The contract does state this, so I'm not denying that.) There were no locks for the bikes, so it wasn't willful neglect on our part. So please lock up your bikes b/c they can get stolen! But overall, I would recommend it.

Very Cute
This house is very beautiful and very large. The screened in back porch area was AMAZING! We stayed out there most of the time we were home. It was very nice not having bugs and critters everywhere. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was very clean which is a huge plus because I have a very high bar for cleanliness when it comes to renting houses. The room situation was a bit awkward. The main floor has the bunk beds on the entire opposite end of the house from where the other bedrooms are on the second floor. We didn’t love that too much and neither did our kids, but we made it work. There were plenty of beach towels placed around the house for easy grabbing. The kitchen was stocked, but there are zero pot holders. The pool was nice but the heater had been left on from previous renters and the water was 93 degrees in 90 degree sunny weather. We figured out how to turn it off but it took a day or so to cool down. The beach is a block away and across the main road, so pretty close. The golf cart was helpful for the beach access, but you cant park the cart at the closest access, but the public parking at the public beach access down the road allows it. All in all this house is perfect for a group who want to be close to seaside but in the quiet area with your own pool and close beach access.

Great place perfectly situated in a cul de sac with lots of trees but just steps from everything you want. Lots of extras and has almost everything you will need as it was previously a full time residence. I frequently update the furniture, bedding and linens, as well as recently updating the kitchen, and painting the interior and exterior.
