Welcome to WaterColor Waves, a beautifully renovated Florida cottage in the highly sought-after WaterColor community of Santa Rosa Beach. This single-story home combines coastal charm with modern finishes, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Perfectly located just 0.3 miles from the WaterColor Beach Club — only a 2-minute bike ride or 5–7 minute walk — you’ll also be steps from the Boathouse and Seaside. This retreat is ideal for families or couples looking to enjoy 30A’s premier beach destination.



The Space:

Step inside to soaring beamed ceilings, natural light, and an open-concept living area designed for comfort. A cozy living room anchors the space, while the updated kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances and granite counter tops — perfect for home-cooked meals.

The layout is ideal for a relaxing vacation, with all bedrooms on one floor:

Primary Bedroom – King bed, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom 1 – King bed with private bathroom.

Guest Bedroom 2 – Custom Full over Full Bunk Bed, full bathroom nearby.

Hallway- Twin over Twin Custom Built-In Bunk Bed

From your doorstep, you’re just minutes from Seaside’s shops and dining, as well as bike trails, fishing spots, and kayaking at Western Lake as well as a quick walk to the Water Color Beach club.



Getting Around:

Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Biking is the preferred way to explore WaterColor and Seaside — golf cart rentals are also available in the area. The nearest airport is Destin–Fort Walton Beach (VPS), about 40 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be 25+ years old.

No pets allowed.

The location is prime! It doesn't get any better than this. You really don't need a golf cart or bikes as everything is in walking distance. Seaside is steps away as is all the shops, pools and beach. The home is perfect! Plenty of space for the kids to spread out and the front porch is so peaceful. The kitchen is cute and the seating is comfortable. They could use a few more utensils. The host was great and the style of the house is with current trends. Price was very fair. We will be back!

Clean, organized, beautiful property in very close walking distance to the main beach club pool and beach. Location matters more than almost anything else in watercolor… this is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to Seaside (Bud & Alley’s, food trucks, shopping). Super handy when part of the family/kids want to head back to the house and others want to stay poolside. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast / lunch prep, and we did dinners out each night. There’s a grill outside and management had a brand new, full tank next to it in case we needed it. Note: We rented a golf cart from ECC (over 1000 for the week) and found it wasn’t worth it with how close this home was to everything and how bad 30A traffic is. It was faster to walk everywhere than it was to sit in traffic in a golf cart… and dinner reservations further away really required that we take our actúa vehicle regardless.
