Step into this cozy beach cottage tucked beneath the trees—your laid-back retreat just steps from the sand. The open living space is comfy and relaxed, perfect for movie nights or catching up after a day at the beach. You’ll find updated furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of indoor and outdoor nooks to sip coffee, kick back with a book, or toast to a 30A sunset. Back outside is where this vacation home really shines: enjoy a large private pool and a brand-new poolside outdoor bar—perfect for afternoon refreshments, pool-day snacks, and evening cocktails. (Updated photos of the bar area coming soon.) “Close Enough” keeps it simple, stylish, and just right for making easy vacation memories.

Four adult bikes are provided for exploring the scenic trails and coastal dune lakes nearby, and the pet-friendly policy means your four-legged family members are welcome too. There is a 2 dog max and a weight limit of 35lbs. Each dog is a $300 pet fee with an $100 additional cleaning fee.
