Located in Old Seagrove, nestled among the live oaks and magnolias, Sugar Grove is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach cottage that sleeps ten and is ideal for your family getaway. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Sugar Grove is located centrally on 30A, just a quick walk or bike ride to everything…beach, galleries, fine cuisine, bike trails, markets, antiques, golf, live theater, a family run book store, outdoor bazaars, and coffee shops! Nestled amongst the Old Seagrove oak canopy, Sugar Grove offers the serenity you are looking for on vacation, while being just steps from the activities and events offered on Seaside’s Town Center.

1st Level: Inviting screened porch entrance with seating is a relaxing place for your morning coffee. Light, coastal decor and wood floors throughout. The first level includes the fully equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for 8 and the living room with comfortable sectional sofa and oversized side chair. The living room also includes a a Frame TV and gas fireplace. The Queen bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a private bath within with walk-in shower. The laundry room with side by side washer/dryer and a powder room completes this level.

2ndLevel: This level includes the remaining 3 bedrooms. The Bunk room includes 4 twins, a sofa, dresser and large screen TV. King Bedroom 1, King bedroom 2. A full bath includes double vanity and large walk-in shower.

Outside: Gravel driveway with parking for 2 cars, private outdoor shower, private heated 8 x 12 pool with pavered decking (fees apply for pool heating and must be pre-arranged), Firepit and outdoor table with seating for 6.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding pricing, a cleaning and processing fee, a $109 Vacation Rental Damage Plan Fee and tax will be added to ALL rates. Travel Insurance can be added at Guest's choosing as well as optional pool heating.

Loved it! It was even better than the pictures!!!! So close to beach, beautiful little street! Stunning back yard with a cute pool! So close to seaside and easy to walk to many places! Loved everything about it! It had everything we needed!!! Would highly recommend this property!

Sugar Grove is Perfect

Truly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Grove. Host was great to work with. Location was ideal. Easy walk to the beach and to Seaside. Quiet place perfect for relaxing. Would definitely like to stay again in future

The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. I love we could bike to everything and the beach is a short 2 blocks. House was picture perfect beach cottage. Needed a couple more rolls of TP and a couple of trash bags 😉

The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The three bedrooms with larger beds accommodated the adults so we could have our own rooms. Bunk room was perfect for our kids. The back yard was enjoyed as well. A few suggestions is putting smart TV’s in the upstairs bedrooms. Providing a bag ice chest would have been a game changer as those steps to the beach were something we had no idea about. Maybe a pic of the stairs so people can plan better ahead of time especially having my older mom with us. The ice chest provided at the house does not hold ice but luckily we had a back up from our accessory rental. Those are all things that just would have made things a bit less stressful and more enjoyable but our overall experience was great! Many memories were made! Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Overall a fun, relaxing weekend getaway within minutes of the beautiful town of Seaside and the beach! However, a few cons experienced during our stay, largely concerning the listing’s cleanliness conditions. Leading up to our check-in there was a lack of communication from property manager on when to anticipate check-in procedures as well as significant delays in response time concerning general questions (ie rules regarding golf cart rentals, payment concerns etc.) both via phone/email and within VRBO direct messaging Upon arrival we noticed many of the sheets seem to have been left on the bed from previous guests, as many had visible makeup/mascara smudges (not stains as we were able to rub off with our hands). Considering the property had laundry services on-site we decided to troubleshoot onsite via washing/remake on our own. Home itself was very spacious and the additional sink located in the bunk room was a pleasant surprise. The listing’s pool was a bit misleading on two accounts: first the imagery of the pool (which was more of a glorified fountain) was misleading. Second, its stated the listing can accommodate two cars, we had originally planned to have 2 vehicles but changed plans last minute. Thank goodness we did as we would have NOT been able to fit both compact cars. The larger issue however was the concerning amount of roaches discovered/killed within the house during our final night there. As majority of our guests were South Carolina and Florida natives we a
