Before the Sunrise - 4th Floor Ocean View @ HHBT!

Welcome to BEFORE THE SUNRISE, a stunning and freshly designed Vacation Ready Services condo located at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort! Nestled on the 4th floor of Admiral's Row Building B, this spacious 1 bed & 1 bath island retreat is the perfect location for families and friends alike. As you are welcomed inside, you'll be greeted with the bedroom which features modern and updated lighting fixtures, a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, a relaxing bed, and even a small sitting area. The kitchen provides modern appliances and all the cookware you might need to whip up some delicious meals during your stay. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen to the inviting living room, where you can relax on the couch (this can also be converted into a sofa bed) while enjoying your favorite TV shows on the Smart TV that also provides cable channels. The bathroom also comes with a walk in shower with a waterfall shower head - the perfect place to wash all of the sand off from your day at Folly Field Beach!

The stunning balcony is an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the refreshing ocean air. The view is unmatched and something that you definitely do not want to miss out on! While you are here, you'll have private WiFi and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable - including starter supplies such as dish soap/detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bathing towels for your convenience. We also provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00.

The resort itself is also packed with amenities: For those who love staying active, there are lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, bike rentals, and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island! There is also another pool near Admiral's Row. After a day of fun in the sun, you can grill up a feast at the designated grilling area. Jamaica Joez is one of the most popular tiki bars on the island and is unmatched during the warmer months! With a full menu to an extensive drink menu, Jamaica Joez is an absolute hit. It is also located right next to the pool as well as the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. This condo is NON-SMOKING or VAPING and it is prohibited at the resort.
