Unsere vollklimatisierte 1210 Quadratmeter große Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Wohn- und Essbereich sowie einem Arbeitszimmer. Es gibt 2 Balkone mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Außenpool und den Erholungsbereich im Freien. Die Wohnung ist mit HD-Kabel, zwei 4K-TV und kostenlosem WLAN ausgestattet. Es gibt einen beheizten Innenpool und einen Whirlpool.

Das Layout der Wohnung ist in eine A-Seite und eine B-Seite unterteilt, die die Eingangstüren vom Flur trennen. Es gibt eine weitere Innentür, die diese beiden Seiten trennt.

Auf der A-Seite hat die neue voll ausgestattete Küche neue Whirlpool-Geräte, eine Spülmaschine und Granit. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer Eismaschine ausgestattet. Die A-Seite hat auch einen Wäschebereich mit einer neuen gestapelten Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Couch / Liege und einen 4K-Fernseher. Der Wohnbereich öffnet sich zu einem großen Südostbalkon mit Blick auf den Außenpool. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer Jamison Resort-Matratze und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Die B-Seite hat eine Höhle wif ein Sofa Queen Sleeper, 4K-TV und eine Bartresen. Das Schlafzimmer auf der B-Seite ist 30 x 40 cm groß und mit einem Queensize-Bett und einer Jamison Resort-Matratze ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer auf der B-Seite verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche. Vom Balkon des Schlafzimmers blicken Sie auf den Außenpool.

Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen, da keine Rückerstattung für höhere Gewalt (höhere Gewalt) erfolgt. Dies liegt an den Wetterbedingungen in seiner Region.

Great place

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s like home, except for the wonderful indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, not to mention a short walk to the beach. Everything you need is there for you. Owners are great and there place is awesome!

Great Vacation

This was our second stay at this condo and we loved it! There have been some wonderful updates like the floors and the washer/dryer. The condo has everything we could need and is in such a great location. Pat was so helpful in making sure we had all the info we needed.

Great Stay!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved our stay in this condo. We have already booked our next stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We were so close to the beach, shops and many restaurants, only needing our bikes to get around.

Fabulous Month on Hilton Head Island

We had a fabulous month on Hilton Head Island! The condo was beautiful and has a great location near Coligny and the beach. We had a pretty view of the outdoor pool (there is also an indoor pool and hot tub). The communication was excellent with the owners and they answered our questions and gave us great recommendations.

Perfect location for beach lovers

Great stay with a very clean condo, full kitchen. Everything you need is there, you could live in this condo. View over the pool from both balconies. Our teenage son enjoyed being in his own (very large) bedroom and his own TV. Within short walking distance of both busy and active Coligny beach but also quieter Alders lane beach. I went jogging in the morning under the shaded path, then finished it off with a dip in the ocean. Repeat in the evening. Intermittent dio in the swimmong pool too. Great beach vacation!

With hurricane Florence, we weren't sure this vacation was going to happen. Rodney was great keeping us informed of the islands situation and quick to respond to our questions. We loved our beach vacation! The condo is great, has everything you need and then some. It is very spacious and well decorated. Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were able to rent bikes close to the condo. We enjoyed riding on the bike trails as well as on the beach. Looking forward to visiting again!

Wonderful

We loved our stay in the this condo!! The condo is very clean. Very comfortable beds that are some of the best we’ve slept on when out of town. The fold out couch is really only comfy for a child, wouldn’t recommend for an adult. They have so many items you will need from kitchen items to beach cart, tent, and chairs. Nice not to have to pack all of that. Close to everything, we think it’s the best area on island. Hope to rent again next year.

The condo was outstanding!

The condo was outstanding! It was very spacious, clean, nicely updated and decorated! The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The owners had a beach wagon along with beach chairs that were very convenient to use. The walk to the beach was a little farther then I like. It took us about six or seven minutes and we had to cross a busy street. However, the condo is centrally located to Coligny Plaza and in a nice area.

The condo is comfortable, clean and relatively quite. Early morning service crew can be heard but understandable. All inside service staff are very polite and professional. The walk to the beach seems to get closer with each visit. The use of beach chairs and cart are appreciated. As well as any kitchen necessity. The relocation of the tv in the “ in law quarters” was beneficial for moving around the pull out bed. This was our second stay and enjoyed it as much as the first.

An enjoyable month in Hilton Head

We stayed for a little over a month and were very happy. The location and property are great. It was a short walk to the beach. We used the Alder Ln beach entrance because we liked to be able to get a frozen cocktail from the Marriott beach bar at the end of the day before packing up to go back to the condo. We enjoyed using the new pickle ball counts and the pool was nice for a dip after returning from the beach. There are multiple grocery stores that you can bike to which is how I did all of my shopping. The condo is clean and comfortable. I tried to book for next year and someone had already booked it for the month of October. Bummer... Highly recommend this property.

Paradise in Hilton Head!!

This is an awesome condo!! My wife and I stayed for the month of April. The condo has absolutely everything you will ever need. There is all kinds of room in the condo with very comfortable furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook and bake. There is a full set of beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to use to take to the beach which is a short 5 minute walk away! Coligny is also just a short 10 minute walk. It is in a perfect location. This condo is great for a couple or a family as there is all kind of room. Also an indoor and and outdoor pool. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone look for a short or long holiday in Hilton Head!! It was not hard to tell the owners take a lot of pride in their condo. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

My wife and I are retired educators from Ohio. I graduated from The Ohio State University. Pat received a Master in Art Education from Miami University/Oxford, Ohio. We currently reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We both have always enjoyed beach vacations and being within walking distance of the heart of a place. Hilton Head Island impressed us for many reasons: golf, biking and walking paths, kayaking, the ocean, great seafood, and, of course, the beach, just across So. Forest Beach Drive! We are also history buffs and the Island offers many interesting places, such as the Mitchelville Freedom Park, civil war sites, and Daufuskie Island, a short ferry ride away.
Also check out the Coastal Discovery Museum at coastaldiscoverymuseum.org and the Lowcountry Celebration Park across from Coligny Plaza at hiltonheadislandsc.gov. Our grandchildren love to come and enjoy all the exciting activities available around us. We love to share our condo with our guests and many book repeatedly!
