Willkommen im Luxus der Insel! 2219 Villamare ist eine Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, die sich in einem Komplex am Meer mit Blick auf den Atlantik in Palmetto Dunes befindet.

Wenn Sie in Villamare ankommen, können Sie überdachte Parkplätze und einen Aufzug zur Villa nutzen. Sobald Sie sich im Foyer befinden, begrüßen Sie Sie im Gästezimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten, einem eigenen Bad, einem Flachbild-TV und einem privaten Balkon mit Blick auf das Gelände und den Ozean. Gleich links ist der offene Wohnraum. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen brandneuen 50-Zoll-Flachbildschirm und viel Platz für alle. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer lassen sich in ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz umwandeln. Gleich neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein zweiter Balkon, auf dem Sie die Inselbrise genießen können. Die Master Suite ist auch aus dem Wohnzimmer und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, zwei Schlaf- und Sitzecken, ein eigenes Bad, einen Flachbild-TV und Zugang zum Balkon. Die Villa auch Wi-Fi!

Our week stay at 2219 Villamare was terrific! We took full advantage of the amenities in close proximity, to include the pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness facility and of course the beautiful beach. The condo was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.

We missed having a view of the water, but the condo was spacious and a good layout for 4 - 6 adults. Enjoyed riding bikes and the location of this complex.

Baby’s first beach trip!

The property was nice and a great location. Close to the beach, nice amenities. Lots to do and appreciate. We were a little disappointed with the check in, the building wasn’t well marked and we had to contact the emergency number to get our package.

Perfect for us

Our stay at Villamare was a perfect! We had everything we needed and more! The location to the beach put this place at the top for us! Not sure if the description stated that one of the bedrooms is actually adjoining with a separate inside door. My older teenage kids loved it - felt like they had their own place. Located in Palmetto Dunes which is beautiful! The beach, a cute general store (ice cream!), golf, pickle ball courts were all within walking distance to Villamare! Definitely will be checking here again for our next stay in Hilton Head.

Layout of the master bedroom is bad. Bed in front of the doors to living room. The couch is on the opposite side of the room as the TV. The microwave was broken and issues with the dishwasher leaking if on the long wash cycle. Will not recommend to others.

Needs some updates

Could use more hooks or towel bars in bathrooms. Only 1 hook on the back of the door. The cushions on the “porch” could be better. It took 3 days for someone to figure out the burning smell was a bad breaker. Only figured it out when the dryer finally tripped it. We are lucky it didn’t cause an active fire.

Thank you for your review Vickey. You reported the smell to our on-call staff member late in the evening and he sent the fire department. They did not locate it in our unit but rather somewhere else in the building. They addressed the issue. We called you to follow up. You said all was well and you didn't need us to come by. Later in your stay you mentioned the dryer wasn't working. That was a breaker issue. This was resolved as soon as you reported it. We were in constant contact and you didn't mention dryer issues until the second to last day. We pride ourselves on communication and issue resolution. We worked with you on your concerns. The three day figure you mentioned is unfair as you stated everything was okay and we checked in with you multiple times during your stay due the nature of your initial concern.

Probably won’t stay in this unit again

Would probably not stay in the unit again. The master bedroom has only a full bed in it when it says there is a queen. The couches in the living room are probably the most uncomfortable couches we had ever sat on so we couldn’t really enjoy hanging out with each other in the mornings/evenings because the furniture was so uncomfortable . And the kitchen table has crumbs from previous renters in the cracks of the edges. The only positive of this unit was the amazing location and the Palmetto Dunes neighborhood.

Thank you for reviewing your stay. As of Winter 2023 the home has been remodeled to include new bathrooms and a upgraded King Bed in the primary suite. Other furniture has been updated as well! We look forward to new bookings and a new 2219 Villamare in 2023!
