Hilton Head Resort ist der beste Wert auf der Insel und dies zwei Schlafzimmer-zwei Badezimmer, WiFi Gerät ist eines der schönsten in Hilton Head Resort! Es hat gerade erst renoviert worden (Juni 2013) und wird am Ende des Juni gemietet werden. Der Balkon hat einen tollen Blick auf den Sumpf, den Golfplatz und das Meer!

Die Küche ist mit Granit und Edelstahl Geräte aufgerüstet. Alle Möbel und Bettzeug ist neu und hat eine helle und freundliche Strandthemendekor. Wir sind in der bevorzugten Gebäude Zwei, neben dem Haupt-Pool und in der Nähe unserer privaten Zugang zum Meer.

Es gibt kein Rauchen in der Villa, aber Rauchen ist auf unseren bequemen Balkon, der einen schönen Blick auf Robert Trent Golfplatz hat, Lagune, Sumpf und Meer erlaubt. Der Pool hat eine Tiki Bar mit angrenzendem Grill / kleiner Laden mit WiFi-Internet-Fähigkeiten, Fahrradverleih und vieles mehr. Das Essen vom Grill ist sehr gut es ist ein Full-Service-Bar im Inneren. Strandspielzeug und Boogie Boards, etc. sind ebenfalls erhältlich.

Unsere gated Resort ist zentral gelegen und verfügt über 24 Stunden Sicherheit. Genießen Sie unsere Einrichtungen, die zwei Außenpools und einen beheizten Innenpool mit Kinderbecken, die in unserem großen Jahr über Erholungszentrum befindet, enthalten. Zur Anlage gehören außerdem ein Fitnesscenter, ein Whirlpool und eine Sauna und einen Innenbahn. Nicht in der Stimmung für ein Bad oder trainieren Sie ... Kein Grund zur Sorge, weil unser Resort verfügt außerdem über 6 beleuchtete Tennisplätze. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind kostenlos erhältlich für alle Gäste.

Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang über dem Moor auf unserer privaten Promenade (oder Sie können auf das Resort Strandshuttle-Hop), das zumin Cocos an der Küste, eine malerische kleine "Oase" endet; und Schritte darüber hinaus ist der schönste Strand werden Sie auf Hilton Head Island zu finden. Auf dem Weg genießen Sie die landschaftliche Salzwasserweiher, die reich an Wildtieren, darunter Reiher, Reiher und Krebse ist. Du wirst nie Sorgen über Massen an diesem Strand, und es ist wirklich schön.

Golf ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt mit dem Robert Trent Golfplatz (auf dem Grundstück befindet sich neben). Dieser Kurs ist für die # 10 Ozean Loch. Der Blick nähert sich die Bohrung ist spektakulär und kann von unserer Oceanfront Grill, "Cocos" eingesehen werden. Diese privaten Cabana verfügt über Toiletten, Essen und Trinken und guter Ort, um eine Pause von der Sonne zu nehmen oder warten Sie eine kurze regen Dusche.

Excellent location and quiet place

We had a wonderful time!! Condo was clean and comfortable! Great location next to the beach! Condo has beach accessories as well, that was very nice! Coco’s on the Beach restaurant at the the end of the boardwalk was awesome!! Overall wonderful and relaxing experience!!

Our stay was very enjoyable for us and our three grandchildren ages 15, 18 and 7. The accommodations were nice. We had a few minor issues but our host was very responsive and got those corrected. The facilities were nice with indoor and outdoor pools and an indoor walking track. The boardwalk to the beach was an added feature for us. We enjoy watching the wildlife in the way to the beach.

This is a lovely property and just as described- we would happily stay here again. I was a little concerned about the length of walk to the beach (with 2 young kids), but it wasn’t bad, and there’s a golf cart shuttle making trips consistently. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked. The balcony overlooking the golf course and pond was really nice as well. While the condo had plenty of almost everything we needed, it would have been nice to have a simple stick vacuum or something like that to help with sand that inevitably follows you home (there are brooms and a dust pan, however), and some more clothing hangers in the closets. These were not significant problems though; the owner is quickly responsive, so I would have reached out if we truly needed anything.It was convenient to have the bar at the main pool, as well as Coco’s down at the beach. And the indoor pool was a life saver on a rainy morning. Overall I highly recommend!

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. Owner was extremely responsive and offered flexibility though luckily our stay wasn't affected by storm Debby. Loved the golf course/ lagoon view and Coco's on the beach was awesome too! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Hilton Head

Everything was just as listed. Very well stocked, and nice location away from the busier parts of the island but not far away either. The resort has a lot of amenities available too. The property owner is very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay!

Good stay

Was a overall good stay. Close to beach, not far from dining. Parking lot needs more parking closer to our building and maybe add another elevator on each end. Otherwise everything was great.

Great Place

Only had one issue and it was resolved by the owner very quickly. Very good and fast communication. Only thing we didn’t like was the long walk to the beach. Not the owners fault and he provides you a beach cart which helped.indoor pool the kids loved

Xmas in Hilton Head

Our family spent 11 days at tbe HH Resort over the Xmas break. Condo was great and we enjoyed our time there. Nothing beats a morning walk along tbe beach.

Amazing Property

This was an amazing property that we had a great time staying at. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very attentive to our request. Boardwalk to the beach

We had a great time! The only thing is of you have small children, try for a lower floor, getting everyone up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to hit the beach was pretty exhausting. There are elevators but they are inconveniently placed

Relaxing Vacation

The building itself is a little dated, but the villa is just as it looked in the pictures. I loved being able to walk out on the balcony in the morning and hear the ocean waves. Shopping/restaurants were not far away. We loved walking down to the beach using the convenient boardwalk. We especially loved the sunsets on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Just What We Needed

I have 3 sons ages 10, 14, and 16. We were able to get a much needed vacation with everything we needed in the resort. We felt safe, had easy access to the gorgeous beach and 3 pools along with a tennis court that my sons used to play volleyball. The view from the condo was gorgeous. My sons worked out in the workout room, my husband and I took morning walks, and we all enjoyed the delicious food and drinks at Cocos. We will be back again next spring.

I hate not to give 5 stars but there were some issues and I have to say we were most impressed how the owner responded. could not be fixed right then but there was true concern over them. We like that. We had and always have a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This location is great and this unit has a really nice view. Comfortable bed. Always a happy plus.

Great beach access with a bar!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and had everything we needed. There were some beach items available for our use in the guest closet. A couple beach chairs, some toys, and most importantly a beach wagon! The walk across the boardwalk was not long, but a shuttle was also available. We enjoyed the beach bar just on the other side of the boardwalk. While there was some rain, we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub in the next building. There is an elevator between each building and the buildings are connected on each floor. There are also luggage carts near the elevator. Thanks for a great stay at a beautiful beach!

Great Rental

Condo was clean and very nice. It was perfect for our family of 4. Beach was great and the pool was very nice and fun. We ate at the grill down at the pool for breakfast and lunch a few times and the food was good and the people were very friendly. The condo was very close to Shelter Cove, which we frequented many times. Grocery store was also very convienient. The condo has a very nice ocean/marsh view. It is a bit of a walk to the ocean, but thankfully we brought our wagon so our 2 small girls did not have to walk. They enjoyed riding to the beach looking at the crabs and other wildlife along the way. You can also take the shuttle down to the beach also if you do not have a ton of stuff that you are carrying. Hilton Head is a great family friendly island, even for families with small children. Lots of play grounds and other activites to do. We went on the pirate cruise one morning and had an awesome time. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything we had hoped for

We love Hilton Head and visit nearly every summer. This property was just as described and the pictures do not do justice to just how nice this condo is. The view from the balcony is beautiful and my wife and I and our three young children had a wonderful time. The new appliances, counter tops, decor, etc. are lovely and the condo was well-equipped. The beach cart made the short walk to the beach on the boardwalk very easy. The walk itself is very nice offering beautiful marsh views including tons of fiddler crabs and various types of birds. We did not use the indoor pool, but the outdoor pool was quite nice and we took advantage of the gift shop, deli and bike rentals around the pool. Bill was great to deal with and we even called last-minute to see about staying another day. He was kind to put through all of the paperwork to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this wonderful property to friends and family and would also recommend to them that they eat at the Skull Creek Boathouse on the Intercoastal Waterway (Squire Pope Rd.) and get some fresh seafood to take home and cook from Barnacle Bill's (just a quarter-mile up 278). There are several grocery stores close by, the nearest being the Piggly Wiggly about a half-mile down 278.
