Welcome to Las Palmas! This gorgeous new home on Siesta Key offers luxury around every turn. Stay with up to 16 guests in this 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home, complete with a private pool and spa area, fenced in yard, large full kitchen, dining room, two living spaces with a game room, and much more! Spend time outside by the pool, featuring a kid’s slide, rain curtain, pool fountains, and hot tub, all conveniently position by the patio lounge area with a BBQ grill, Mini Fridge and plenty of space for everyone to relax. Located around the corner form Siesta Key Village, this home sits across the street from beach access numbers 8 and 9. Guests can gaze out at the ocean and enjoy beautiful sunset skies from the rooftop patio or take the short walk into the Village for the many wonder shops and restaurants Siesta Key has to offer. Capture your piece of paradise with this fabulous new home.

Was a great house for a family or a group of friends like us. The outside area was incredible! There was everything you could have wanted. Plenty of room for everyone and had all the amenities you could want. Kitchen was fully furnished with everything you could need. Had everything you needed for a trip to the beach! Location was fantastic. Walkable to village and all other needs. Can’t wait for our next trip back!!

We had a wonderful family visit at the Siesta Key Beach house. It had ample space for 12 of us, and the pool and location were ideal! The house provided the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving dinner and our mother's 80th birthday celebration.

Beautiful place and location was perfect

This was a great house! It was new so missing a few items but figure will work that out. The location was perfect and ideal for our family. We never had to leave the island and could get everything we needed to have an amazing vacation! I highly recommend it. The management company was great too very responsive and there if we needed anything.

Familia Siesta Keys 2024

After two years our family gathered from Ohio, California, and East Coast Florida! The home was spectacular and compliments to the interior designers and the pool design. As expected the heat was on in Florida and the design of the pool with the shallow shelf and the slide kept the grandchildren, safe and cool. The pool was a favorite gathering place. It seemed too good to be true, but the beach was a few minutes walk away as was Siesta Village with the fun shops and restaurants! We even arranged a photographer to take family pictures at sunset . The grandchildren will always have this special memory of our trip together! This is a new property, and there were a few glitches with the pool’s jacuzzi & fountains. Also, securing doors & locking systems.
