Our family group of 10 adults and 7 children under age 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view of the sunset over the ocean every evening was fantastic! The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The only thing lacking were the left-over items of previous guests such as spices, coffee filters, etc that we typically find in the kitchen upon arrival. The pool/hot tub area was a huge hit with the little ones. There were plenty of shady or sunny spots for the adults to relax by the pool. The house is located on the free trolly route which was a great perk! The walk to the beach is short and easy. Great home! We would consider it again in the future.

This house is great for a big group, it’s a nice house but could use some TLC. A lot of bumps & bruises on walls, steps & cabinets. Rental company was fantastic, very responsive to our needs. Over all we had a great experience!!!

Place was great plenty of space and close to the beach. Pool is small with little kids jumping and only got 2 dish towels for the kitchen but overall a really great place and will stay there again

This is a great vacation home with a great amount of space. We had 12 people and it was perfect. It was nice to have beach towels available and chairs/beach cart. Would definitely recommend!!

We do a trip with our large family after Christmas through new year’s every year, and this has been the best home we have rented by far! So much space (there are 18 of us) and a quick walk to the beach. There are beach chairs, wagons, and a cooler for guests to use. My only complaint is that there is no bathroom downstairs by the pool!

Photos are much better than the actual place. Front porches are literally on jacks holding it up, siding missing, not a good look, brought this up to them months ago and they assured me it would fixed and completed by our stay, it wasn't. Place was pretty warn out inside, they need to do some updates and repairs. Washer machine didn't work, some outlets hanging out of walls, top floor balcony had loose railing with some screws not even hitting anything. I expected better for almost 12k for the week.

Amazing Family Rental.

We had a family of 20 children and adults stay here for a week. It was amazing. We were just a short walk to the village and the ocean. The heated pool was a nice plus for the kids.

Great Family Getaway

This property suited our family very well. Beautiful views, great patio for day or night swims and family time. Just a short distance from the beautiful beach and water which was the perfect backdrop to our son proposing to his girlfriend. Property Management Team is amazing and very responsive if you have any questions during your stay. Would recommend this property.
