The Ground Level:

This area features the home's main entrance foyer with stairs and elevator access to ALL floors. You'll also find the 2 covered parking spaces and the 2 driveway parking spaces, for up to a maximum of 4 cars. Directly off this space you'll find the lanai spaces (covered and open air) with games, TV, and plenty of seating. This area leads to the Pool.

The First Level of Living (2nd floor):

Here, you'll find 4 Bedrooms. Bedroom 3 Features a King Bed, TV, En Suite Bath, and Private Balcony Access. This could be a 3rd Master Bedroom really. Bedroom 4 features a King Bed, TV, and En Suite Bath. Bedroom 5 features a King Bed and TV, but shares a Bath with Bedroom 6 which houses 1 Full over Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4). There is a washer and dryer on this floor as well.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

Here, you'll find the home's Great Room - Kitchen with Island Bar top seating for 4, Living Room with ample seating and TV, and Interior Dining with seating for 8-9 people. There is a balcony on this level with amazing Gulf views and dining for 8 additional people. Master Bedroom 2 is also on this level, and it features a King Bed with Gulf Views, TV, Balcony Access, and an En Suite Bathroom with a Double Vanity and Walk-In Shower. There is also a washer and dryer, and a 1/2 bath on this level.

The Third Level of Living (4th floor):

Here, you'll find the home's Club Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a 1/2 Bath. You'll also find Gaming Systems - Nintendo and PS4 in this room just off the Roof Top Deck. These are great entertaining spaces. You'll also find Master Bedroom 1 with Gulf Views, TV, Roof Top Access, and a large En Suite Bathroom with Double Vanities, a Wet Room with Shower and Separate stand-alone bathtub.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
