Check-in was very smooth. Great communication from Vunique. There was an issue with the water heater and they sent someone out in the morning to fix. The house was clean, well appointed and we had a great time. It was a great fit for our group.

The property was even better in-person! We had a great time! Loved the location and the outdoor space. Some areas of growth include adding blinds or blackout curtains to the primary bedrooms to block the sun and exploring some way of reducing the noise. The bedrooms are in the front of the house and the traffic is quite noisy beginning early in the morning. There are so many stairs and the elevator didn’t work for the first night and next day, which was tough. The internet also went out so the TVs were not working. However, when I called the property manager they had someone address the problems very promptly. The property has everything you need- it’s beautiful!

What a beautiful place. Location was perfect.Our crew 0f 10 travel together a lot. Hard to find a place for all of us to stay without people being in bunk beds.We all said we would love to come back to this place

Amazing weekend with vunique

Amazing spacious and clean house with tons to do! Communication prior to arrival was great and our assigned property manager checked in throughout the weekend. Perfect location steps from the beach and less than 10 min walk to a strip with shops and restaurants! Also nearby grocery stores We were there for a bachelorette We all would stay again!

19th Hole is Great

Very nice place, description in the listing matches the actual property in every aspect. Stayed with family for 12 days. AC on third floor went out on late Friday night, they had a repair man there is about 30 minutes, he stayed and worked until it was fixed. Very impressed with the response and care shown by the property managers. GREAT LOCATIOPN, GREAT HOUSE, CLOSE TO BEACH AND VILLAGE......SUPER EXPERIENCE.

This home was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful. The service Vunique Vacations was 10/10. Their staff is top notch. The location was perfect. We will definitely be booking this home again.

Amazing vacation house!

We took the family for a weeks vacation in Siesta Key. We were so delighted to work with Vunique and stay at this property. It was just amazing! Everybody had their own private space and bathroom, our adult children had many exciting house and beach activities to keep them very entertained and happy. We will do finitely be back!

It was an amazing place to stay! Perfect location and lots of room in the house for all 13 of us. Kids ages 7-12 had a blast in the pool and yard. We all loved it!

Perfect Spot

This house is as-advertised. The Vunique management company does an excellent job. House is new, clean and well laid out for a group of friends or big family gathering. We had a great stay.

Amazing 6 bedroom for couples

Family Christmas Getaway.

We had 14 of us ranging from 68 to 3. Great space to spread out and also to cozy up together. Fantastic kitchen and dining seating for all. Very ample sleeping + baths for each! We lost a 15 yr old grandson this summer, this trip was the getaway from the norm that we all needed at this time of the year. Thank you for sharing this beautiful vacation home with us!!❤️
