Thanksgiving with family

The house was nice and spacious with a good set up. The property itself was pretty tired and had a lot of broken items. It also was not as clean as I would have expected.

Beach getaway

The owner was very nice but the house had several issues. There were 7 TV's and only two worked and were hooked up. And the one of the two, in the master bedroom, you couldn't change the channel. The jets in the hot tub did not work at all. They tried to charge us to heat the hot tub, $95 a day, which thankfully they didnt. The skimmer basket of the pool was full of leaves, day one. The bathroom sink downstairs was slow draining, due to a previous person's whisker hairs. The master shower upstairs was also slow to drain. The AC was set to 78, which we were incapable of adjusting ourselves.; That was remedied our final day. We had to take previous guests trash out which was four outdoor cans full. Not even our trash AT ALL. one set of towels were slightly damp at check in. Which we arrived at 4:20 and check in was at 4. The theater room was not hooked up at all. And they advertised a theatre room which would have been nice since our final stay, it rained. Location was great, the free trolley was great that took us into town, and the decor was perfect and tastefully done. The place was very clean except the pool area could have been tidied up and leaves blown, pool vacuumed etc. the location was perfect and also a nice upscale neighborhood. I would stay there again if the property manager got all these things up to speed. If he were the renter, I'm sure he would be dissatisied
