Amazing luxury vacation home with every amenity imaginable!! This luxury rental home on Siesta Key is located on Sabal Lake, which is a tidal lake that is fed directly from Sarasota Bay offering a peaceful wildlife estuary full of mangroves, birds, and fish for you to enjoy. It is also located within 1-2 blocks walk away from the Beach (Beach Access 12) and South Siesta Village. Between the home itself, and the location and amenity package it offers, this luxury rental is set up for the ultimate vacation experience!

Let us start with the over 4,300 square feet of interior living space, and over 3,500 square feet of Outdoor Covered Patios, Balconies, Pool Areas, and Entertainment Space. The gigantic resort style pool includes an 8-person spa, waterslide that must be seen to believed - traveling from the 1st living level balcony down to the pool, beach entry access, sun shelves, and more. The outdoor living space includes a sports simulator (includes golf) with spectator seating, ping pong, darts, putt-putt golf, 3-large smart TV’s, dry bar, natural gas BBQ, multiple dining spaces with seating up to 23 people, and lake and garden views.

Once inside the home, you immediately notice the elevator with service to all floors, the vaulted ceilings, beautiful carpentry and interior design, and open and spacious feel of the home’s floor plan. The great room contains the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, large living area, and dining area with plenty of seating, and a dedicated workspace. There are 6 Bedrooms (5 King Suites + 1 Bunk Room) and 6.5 Baths throughout the home that comfortably sleep 18 people in Beds. The homes floor plan allows for large groups to gather but also allows for privacy when desired. This home also boasts a free Wi-Fi network throughout the property, Nintendo and PlayStation gaming systems, smart TVs in every room, and free parking.

Floor Plan Description:

Ground Level:

Features covered parking for 2 vehicles, plus driveway parking for another 4 vehicles. It also features the pool area, covered patio with dry bar, dining seating for 23, BBQ, sports simulator, putt-putt golf course, darts and ping pong, and the main entrance and foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's main living space above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level features the great room with a large kitchen, dining area with a dining table for 10 people and bar seating for 6, and a living room with a smart TV and ample seating. This great room also includes a dedicated workspace, and Butler’s Pantry featuring a wine refrigerator and separate bar sink! There are also 2 balconies on this level - the front Balcony offers rocking chairs overlooking large, beautiful oak trees that provide plenty of shade, while the rear balcony features a second dining space for up to 8 and additional lounging space that overlooks the pool and lake. All 6 bedrooms and baths are on this floor including the Master Bedroom. The Master features a King Bed with a walk-in closet, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large 'wet room' with separate shower and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 2-5 each feature King beds, smart TVs, and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 6 is the home’s bunk room, featuring two sets of Full over Queen bunk beds, with additional built in dedicated workspaces for homework, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. Also located on this floor is a shared ½ Bath and laundry room.

Our preferred vendors recommend most services be reserved in advance. After you have made your reservation, feel free to inquire with us on how you can secure your spot for these items. Most of our preferred vendors offer our guests discounted services and priority status.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
