Great ocean view! We enjoyed our week there. The condo is really spacious and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and utensils, much better than other places we have stayed. Chair attendant on the beach was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

My family really enjoyed the condo. Very spacious with nice furnishings and features. Excellent ocean view and easy walk to the beach. Great location, not too crowded and close drive to attractions and restaurants. Great spot for families!

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need.The pools and hot tub are spotless (the guy is out there cleaning every single morning). The umbrella service with the chairs is so perfect! It's a very family friendly beach also. Not a party place and so peaceful. We love EVERY single thing about this place and feel so blessed every time we get to go. We have gone every other year (and one time 3 years in a row) for years. I can't wait to go back!Also Brooks and Shorey are amazing and super responsive every time I email or call them.

Favorite place in Ft. Walton

This is our 3rd trip to Ft.Walton and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. The place was spacious, clean and updated. The view was amazing and could see the sand and waves as soon we we walked in the door. Location is perfect. An easy walk to a few restaurants plus an easy drive to a lot more. Highly recommend.

We LOVED this condo the minute we walked through the door. The First thing we noticed was the view of the ocean and it smelled so good like tropical coconuts. It had the cutest beach theme. We will definitely be back 😊

Great experience with the property management company. The condo was fantastic, comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation that we don't get every year since kids are older. Summer Place 302

The location on Okaloosa island was great, no huge crowds. Beach service was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great for families. Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio furniture was colorful and plenty of seating. View from patio is outstanding. We loved the condo, will try to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as we were looking for, convenient to the beach and roomy enough for extended family. Not only was it convenient to the beach, but close walking and/or driving to all of the amenities we needed and places to eat. We look forward to returning.

Absolutely perfect

We stay at summer place every year for near 10 years now. Never disappoints. Staff is terrific, location phenomenal! We brought our parents this year to celebrate their 60th Anniversary!!!! and they loved it! Thanks again! See ya next year!

The unit could improve by getting smaller furniture and better mattress's on beds. Also they need to add storage in bedrooms for your clothing items. We did enjoy our stay.

Best Place We've Ever Stayed!

The unit is spacious and updated with wonderful views overlooking the pools and the ocean. The third floor is perfect for either taking the elevator or the stairs and there are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo

This will be at the top of our places to return.The only issue, no fault to the condo or management company was the water issue due to construction caused us not to be able to use one shower.
