The Space:

Summer Place 607 is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath condo offering incredible sixth-floor views directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious, beachy condo has all amenities needed for a truly unforgettable beach vacation. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom, a twin-size bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Summer Place 607 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. The fully-equipped kitchen offers stunning granite countertops, white appliances and a large breakfast bar, ideal for preparing your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The elegant glass dining table seats six guests and there are three additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. The inviting living area features gorgeous matching furnishings and décor, as well as a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Listen to your favorite song before heading out to the beach, with the stereo in the living room. Enjoy a full-size washer and dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. Both guest bedrooms are near the entrance and include their own large flat-screen television, providing endless entertainment for all guests. The full guest bathroom can be accessed from one guest bedroom and the hallway, and includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The spacious gulf-front master suite offers its own private oasis, with a comfortable king-size bed, a large flat-screen television, an ensuite master bathroom, and immediate access to the private gulf-front balcony.

The property was very clean upon arriving. We all slept comfortably. There was a reasonable amount of kitchen equipment for our needs. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The only downside was the low water pressure.

Great place! Beach was so nice and quiet! Only complaint is the bunk bed room is very loud when the air conditioner starts. It scares the kids.

Beautiful Condo!

I would definitely book this condo again. Beautiful decor, very clean, perfect location with an incredible direct ocean view. The bunk bed room was a little tight for our 2 teens so the sleeper sofa came in handy. Close to Publix crockery store, and walking distance to numerous restaurants. Loved our stay!

Great property! Enjoyed the pool and beach. Pictures of unit and pool are very accurate. Unit was roomy, updated, and perfect for our family. Would definitely return in the future.

Great place, great view.

Great place, great view. Overall awesome place with a great view however, the couch and beds were a little tired probably need to be replaced and updated. Otherwise all appliances were great, unit great, location great, view great access to water great.

View and proximity to the beach was amazing. Dates but really nice apartment with spacious bedrooms. Nunkroom was adequate and as expected. Some intermittent probs with Internet due to some road construction.

Overall very clean and pics of property were accurate. Just some minor things that need to be addressed. Although it looked very clean there was a slight mildew smell in front bathroom. Master bath was good except hot water on right side of sink does not work. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Could use a few more cooking utensils.

Would not recommend this unit to anyone!

Furniture and carpet need cleaning and could not sleep in master bedroom because mattress is terrible uncomfortable and has a hump in the middle, balcony furniture is very uncomfortable

The condo location is nice and right on the beach. The first complaint is the broken appliances in the kitchen- the coffee maker leaks, cracked coffee mug, missing stove top burner knob. The worst part however, was not being able to enjoy the balcony that I paid to enjoy! There were constantly people smoking outside which in turn, drifted into our condo room. Not only cigarettes, but marijuana as well. I would never stay here again or at Summer Place Condominiums for that very reason, it’s not worth your money.

perfect location

Condo is great-- location is great- beach/pool all wonderful. Vacasa could use some work-- their customer service needs lots of work. Our sink drain came apart when we turned on the garbage disposal-- upon opening the cabinet below-- there was a bucket under catching the water. I called Vacasa 5x on a Sunday and each time they told me somebody would be up to fix it in 1 hour-- never happened. 3 calls on Monday and i finally threatened to come down to the office and make a scene before somebody showed up. The 2 maintenance people that showed up were super-- they changed the filthy air filter and fixed the leaking sink. i'm sure they are overwhelmed - so none of this applies to them-- i was not happy as i had to wait for 5+ hours on Sunday and 4+ hours on Monday due to poor organization/scheduling by Vacasa-- if they would just tell the truth, you could plan your day. Anyway-- enough of that-- the place is beautiful and the location Rocks!!!- many great restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance. HIgh Tides, Gulf, AJ's, Crab Trap all were great!! would definitley go back-- wish i could rent without Vacasa-

Nice Condo but a few issues

Check in and out was very easy. The worst part was the Tub in both bathrooms barely drain so it was like taking a shower and a bath at the same time(literally would come up passed the ankles during a shower). The keypad stopped working 2 days in and found out the hard way that the front desk of the condo doesn't even work/assist with issues. Since the front desk couldn't help it took us 5 calls, 3 numbers, leaving a voicemail and over an hour to finally get someone over to look at it. Only to find out the keypad didn't just go dead it completely quit working so we then had to use a hard key to get in and out of our room for the rest of the stay. The drain plug in the master bathroom didn't work and so you had to use a knife to drain the water. The WiFi would allow you to connect to it but the internet did not work for any devices at all(I'm sure a router reset would fix it but didn't notice where it was until day 4 and wasn't worth messing with). After dealing with the keypad issue we didn't want to waste any more of our stay trying to get everything else fixed. We still really enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice with an excellent view! Unfortunately we were just the unlucky family that had several issues in one stay and wanted to report them so they can hopefully be fixed for the next family to have a 5 star stay.
