This was our first time staying at this place and I was definitely impressed with the accommodations. Top floor, beautiful view of the ocean. The host has an undercover parking spot, which definitely came in handy as it was raining when we checked in. Check in was super simple. The host sent a "Welcome" email ahead of our stay that laid everything out. The appartment was great. It has two large badrooms and a third smaller one with bunk beds, two full baths and a very well stocked kitchen with everything one may need to cook. If cooking is not something you want to do on vacation, this place is very close to a number of restaurants, some are even within walking distance. The host was great at communicating, prior to our arrival and during our stay. Our trip was cut short due to a hurricane and the host made sure that we were aware of what was happening and how to evacuate safely. I would absolutely book another stay here. Highly recommend this amazing place.

Wonderful place that is as advertised. The first morning we watched dolphins right off the balcony while drinking coffee, such a great view from the top floor. Has lots of extras in the closets from kids sand toys, beach chairs, a wagon, extra fans, and lots of extra pillows. Even a few of the outlets have USBs ports which were very handy to charge all the kids electronics during the day while on the beach. Location is great, from walking across the street to Stewby's (best crab legs we have ever had) to miniature golf and ice cream to long evening beach walks to the pier. My extended family loved this place and they all want to come back next year. Thank You

Great vacation condo

This condo was as described with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation in an excellent location away from the crowds but within walking distance to many places and shirt drive to all you need. Great views located right on beach.

This was our second time staying at Kent's condo and once again it was amazing. Super clean, and has everything we needed! Make sure to check the guest bedroom closet before buying any beach related items, you'll probably find them there. The view is second to none. Kent communicates with you without being overbearing and makes you feel you can message him about anything!! We will choose his condo anytime we can.

My family and I loved the condo and its proximity to restaurants and shopping. Kent was great at giving recommendations for places to eat and answering any questions I had. On our last day we were able to see some dolphins!

Great views (loved watching the dolphins), fabulous beach (with the best sand in the world), and wonderful place to stay (lots of extras provided). Host (Kent) is a great communicator and quick to respond. The place was clean and everything was as described online.

Great view, condo was located in a perfect location, condo was clean, no issues, Kent was easy to communicate with, responded almost immediately when I contacted him, would definitely go back, my family enjoyed it immensely! Can’t wait to go back!!

Condo was very nice and we really enjoyed the oceanfront view! Third bedroom was smaller than we expected but we were able to make it work. Kent personalized our stay with some restaurant recommendations. Overall great experience!

The whole family had a great time. The view was spectacular and the place was great too. Kent was fantastic in his communication - always responded quickly to any questions. He really went above and beyond. I highly recommend!
